Dear Yum Brands, I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience I…read morerecently suffered through at one of your Taco Bell locations. This location is a freshly renovated Pizza Hut, I'm not sure why it smelled horrid and why the floor and all hard surfaces were sticky and filthy. The order counter had cup rings on it and was sticky and unhygienic. The fountain pop station and floor around the counter were just plain ignored and were sticky, filthy, and disgusting. Then my order came. One would hope that near lunchtime you would get fresh and hot food. Not so much. I went with a burrito combo, the fries seemed to be holdovers from the day before and were ice cold and wilted, and the flimsy, thin, and lackluster burrito was absent of anything that resembled food and more like what you would find in a baby diaper, horrendous and ghastly doesn't even come close to describing how truly raunchy it was. I toyed with returning it for a refund, however, the garbage can was more fitting. What a complete waste of time and money. If I could give negative stars...I would. Yum Brands, do better.

They are up to date with self-ordering screens that any order made is customizable, see photos. You can self-serve at the fountain drinks after purchase of course. Staff is friendly, keeping the dining area clean. Parking is large. Atmosphere feels family-like, but no playground for little kids. A good place to get quick food to take out or eat with friends or family. Make sure to check your mail for coupons and get your monies worth. Expect it to be busy at meal times. I'd definitely come back when they've got deals going on. Recommended for anyone looking for a quick fix for junk food.

I am ordering regularly through your online app. I always order the same exclusive online deal and…read moreI am always going to the drive thru for pick up. Because thats what is the website saying. I approached the speaker, I told the lady that I have an online order, and she said that I have to get inside to pick it up. I was like, what? It doesnt make sense to me at all. Because, like I said I have been doing this regularly, even the website says ORDER THROUGH KFC APP, DRIVE THRU OR WE WILL DELIVER? I Know Cold Lake KFC doesnt have delivery thats why I am always going to the drive thru. Can you tell the manager who is working there that whatever I typed in BOLD should be followed. She is trying to defy the purpose of Online ordering, if people needs to come inside? I EVEN CALLED THE STORE AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO says, they do not hand out online orders at Drive thru. If thats the case change the website then . I will never go back. Sorry but, I am thinking those disable people who cant walk and get inside to pick up their orders. KFC COLD LAKE SHOULD BE VISITED BY THE CORPORATE to validate things that is happening in the store. You are loosing regular customers. I sent this rant to their Head Office as well. I hope, I can hear something good from them.
