Food is good but it would be nice if they were actually open during their hours listed on Facebook…read moreand google. Tonight is the third time we've tried to eat here only to arrive to a closed restaurant. We would call ahead to confirm that they are indeed open but they don't answer half the time when they are open because all the workers are out back taking a smoke break. We went the other night to pick up our call in order and there was no one in the building. This shouldn't happen every time we eat here. Take your business to a restaurant that respects their patrons enough to be open when they say they are or at least post on your page when you close early.

The server was very nice and informed us that they had a happy hour price from 4pm- 8pm 10 wings for $10!!! You also get to choose two flavors. The wife and I got an order of two each. Teriyaki, Sweet Chili, Garlic parm, and the other was a signature sauce that was a teriyaki hot sauce blend. My kid got tenders and fries.. They came out and looked great, but I didn't have high hopes since the place was dead.. I took the first bite and OMG!!!!! Nice crisp crust with a juicy center. The sauce full of flavor! How is this place not out the door packed?!!! If this place was in Missouri where I am originally from you wouldn't be able to get in. When I say these are the best wings I have ever had I can't express that enough!!!! I asked why they weren't busier, and the server said because Buffalo Wild Wings opened. If you are going to BWW just so you can drink beer and eat worse food you are a MORON!!! Always support local businesses; especially when they have way better food! This is now our wing spot and I'm so glad we found it 100 out of 10 Oh and my child got tenders and fries that were also AMAZING but she stopped eating that and scarfed our wings, so I dipped her chicken in some of the wing sauce, and even their tenders tasted better than most chicken places! You want wings bring your butt here!!!

In fact all she…read morewants to do is eat chicken nuggets or chicken tenders so when we left Springfield, we knew we were going to have to find somewhere comparable to Huey Magoos because that was her favorite place. Luckily, we found Slim chickens. It's extremely similar to Huey Magoos in every way except for they don't have home made potato chips to me. It's definitely better than say, Popeyes or KFC, especially when it comes to wanting strictly chicken strips and fries. The staff were friendly. They did mess up our order but corrected it immediately. The restaurant is set up like a typical fast food diner with plastic chairs and booths and you clean up your own tray when you're done definitely worth checking out if you're a chicken strip person, I'm sure we will be back because my child is addicted to chicken strips.

Been several times and tonight was the first time I was kind of disappointed in my entree. The buffalo chicken sandwich (fried) was a special and it took a while and it came out with a cold bun and pretty much cold chicken. Thought about sending it back but it tasted good and I didn't want to deal with the whole "sending it back" experience since our server was a sweet gal so I took one for the team. Tots were, however, hot and very good. Hoping our next experience is better.

My wings.... I have never eaten 20 wings and wished I had 20 more because I was still hungry until this place. I'm not sure where they source there wings from maybe the mini mart. But they were 100% the smallest I have ever seen! It was like eating tiny baby corn. I'll never eat those there again! Epic failure.
