I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was able to place a 'to go' order of wings. I was told it would be about 15 min. perfect to let me take a walk. The wings were cooked perfectly, I always worry about undercooked. I got them with bbq sauce and asked for a side of hot sauce and a side of blue cheese sauce. Xtra charge and I was good with that . The blue cheese actually had chunks that were really good blue cheese, not just crumbled. The serving was small but good quality. Overall. Highly recommend the food.

I wasn't sure if they did carry out and the contact us was an email. On a holiday weekend I really wasn't optimistic I'd hear anything. But in a few short minutes Jeremy responded and said they do carry out orders unless there is a line waiting, then they couldn't promise. He gave a number to call for ordering. Upon calling the staff was friendly and helpful and said they would wait to put our order in as we were 30 min out and wanted our food hot. It was ready on arrival and were also able to get carry out beer. She included plastic ware in case we needed it. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Would definitely go back if we were in the area again. Thanks for a great fast experience.

The not so good: the staff at the counter did not acknowledge me, at all. No eye contact, no "be right with you". I placed my order using the Arby's app and waited at the counter as directed. Not a single staff member asked me if I had ordered, if I was being helped, if I needed anything. When my order was ready, one of the workers simply plopped the bag onto the pickup shelf and walked away. My name was not called or anything. I had been standing right there, so I retrieved it immediately. I looked inside the bag and noticed something was missing. Again, none of the workers would even make eye contact. I had to flag one down. This Arby's wasn't very busy, only one customer before me and another after. No one seated at the tables. I know the drive thru and online orders can make it busier than it seems. But no excuse to not be courteous and offer some decent customer service.

I can't speak towards the inside of the restaurant though, outside was clean though. I got the market fresh turkey sandwich- one of my past favorites. I started to munch on it during my drive to cook forest. It just didn't taste right, the bread was a bit soggy but more importantly the meat has a choppy texture to it. Now, we've all had bad lunch meat at some point, to say this was bad is an understatement. I cant help but think of the commercial, Arby's, we have the meats! I wouldn't call what I got meat. So, if this is the Arby's standard- I don't want it. I threw most of my sandwich away. Could have been a bad batch, who knows. If the meat looked like it did I certainly wouldn't give it to any customer. Check out the sandwich and think about it yourself. 2 star because the hospitality was good. I'd give the turkey sandwich a 1 star. I should have gotten my money back but didn't have time to go back.
