The cook came out to tell us about how everything is made and gave us some great recommendations. Gator dog, Norms BIGG Dog, Sausage Dog and a side of fries. I can say this is the best deal I've gotten in a long while. Not only is this an excellent value, it was just GOOD FOOD. The course ground Gator Dog was complemented perfectly by the house made Swamp Relish. Just a hint of spice in the meat cooled by the relish. Very good flavor and clean/fresh it didn't give me a "processed vibe" at all. My other order was the Norms BIGG Dog. Topped with onion rings for good measure. Great flavored loose meat and fresh onions, yellow mustard of course Forget about it. This is a meal unto itself. The second half with serve me well around midnight tonight. The Sausage Dog got high marks as well, although I did not try it. Staff were great, we felt very welcomed by the chef who explained his foods. The interior was clean and in order.
