Ordered pizza and wings for Cary out. Picked up my food and went home. Opened the wings and there was BARELY any sauce. I mean cmon are we rationing or something over here??? Went back to get new order of wings and I even took the order back. No big deal. Once inside the guy cleaning the floor came out and said what's wrong. I said I need a manger theres barely any sauce. This guy grabbed the container out my hand and closed it - gave it a shook and said here you go. I opened it and there was still some with no sauce . I was like cmon bro I shouldn't have to do that and there's still no sauce He said they probably sat too long. Im like huh? Wyem? I was like just get me your manager and she came out and helped me out. Overall Mop Boy gotta stick to cleaning floors if he wants promotion. read more

I always take the time to write positive feedback. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Ordered online. Dasher driver dropped off, realized one pizza was missing. Called over 5-6 times and got hung up on. They wanted to "Credit" me but my husband just got off of work and was hungry. They said an additional 30 mins. Ok no problem. Another Dasher Driver delivered the missing pizza. Then informed me 3 mins later he only got a $0.34 tip. I explained the situation. Called Pizza hut only for the manager to literally tell me "It's a wash, cause another Dasher caused us to loose money. We only want to keep the customer happy." So this poor Door Dasher didn't get anything. They should of ate it cause PIZZA HUT did not give the first dasher the whole order. So why is it the second drivers' fault that your store was not on the ball??? Offered the guy some cash. He didn't want take it cause it wasn't my fault or his. SO, I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM BUSHNELL PIZZA HUT! The whole ordeal was beyond ridiculous. And the food was cold and not the best. So thanks for the lame attempt of trying to fix your mistake and rob a Door Dasher! DONT RECOMMEND.... My previous orders have been on the borderline of aggravating too. Horrible experience with an employee named Cherie. Incredibly rude. it's not even the first time! I don't understand how Pizza Hut tolerates an employee who behaves in this manner. I have never dealt with someone who values customers and people so little. read more

You know I was hesitant to order based on the reviews but I went ahead was pleasantly surprised the service great and the food was what I expected from a chain pizza place. Now I will be Ordering again let's just hope it's consistent. read more

Three stars for the staff but zero for Pizza Hut corporate which constantly reduces the size and quality of the food while raising prices. The Supreme was anything but, used to be a meal and now it's "snack size" with low-quality ingredients and horrible taste too. I generally enjoy going to Pizza Hut, however, not so much this time. I went to the Pizza Hut app to order as usual. I began ordering the 10.99 dinner box and as I was nearing the end of my order I was informed they were out of breadsticks and it would not let me finish my order. Wasn't much of a problem so I just decided to give them a call instead and see what could be done. When I called the number I remained on hold for several minutes (keep in mind it was 8pm and was not busy at all). Once they finally answered the phone the quality of the call was awful. I could barely hear a word the lady was saying and there was a bunch of chatter in the background almost as if it was a call center. But being the person I am I just looked past it and did my best to respond to the lady. I began ordering the dinner box again and when they informed me they were out of breadsticks I asked if they could simply replace the breadsticks with another item such as more cinnamon sticks or some pasta. They informed me that that couldn't. I then asked if could get the dinner box full price just without the breadsticks since they didn't have any and they said they couldn't do that either. Beginning to get frustrated I ditched the idea of the dinner box and decided i would just get a pizza and some pasta... to my dismay they were out of Alfredo pasta as well. I figured at the very least I could just get a deep dish pizza and forget the idea of anything "extra". But to no surprise they couldnt make any more. While I was online ordering I noticed a large pizza was only 7.99 so in a final attempt to get some pizza i decided I would just get that. After ordering the pizza and choosing my toppings and crust she told me the final price and it was roughly 14 dollars after tax which I thought was rediculous considering the website said 8! But ready to eat I decided I would just live with it. After waiting for my pizza to finish cooking I went and picked it up and once I got back ready to eat it the pizza looked smaller that normal (maybe it's just my imagination) and they didn't flavor the crust at all (when I asked for the garlic). Overall the experience was rather unpleasant and as much as I enjoy Pizza Hut pizza I can't say I will be ordering from them again. read more
