I placed order on app and said about 25 minutes, as I was checking it said 6 min to go etc. then the app said ready for pick up. Get here and they haven't even put it in the oven yet and 3 more orders before mine. So here I am waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes. This is the first time that I have ordered food on app (not Pizza Hut), but other restaurants)where it wasn't ready when the app said ready for pick up. We stopped at the Benton Pizza Hut while traveling. We were a little skeptical because the building is pretty basic and "tired" and the parking lot definitely needs work, BUT..., the pizza and breadsticks were great! We love PH breadsticks and these were the best we've had in a long time! Our backyard BBQ pizza on thin crust was perfect. Hot and crisp and well, just great! Our order was accurate, good quality and came out quickly. The staff were very nice, too. They had tons of pizza boxes folded, so I think they must do a lot of carry out business, so good for them! read more

Was on hold for 8 minutes and I pulled up and not one customer was there. But all the workers were in the back and never answered the phone. I walked in and let them know that I had been on hold and I had curbside pick up, and they moved slowly. Stoped in for dinner last night told wife when we pulled in that it almost looked closed no cars in lot but decided to go in and eat. First off there menus are not what they use to be very little to choose from decided to order a med pan supreme and 1/2 order of cheese sticks ( for wife) only to be told that they may be out of pan crust and would make it hand tossed if so. Got cheese sticks (made out of pan crust) and noticed there was no cheese on them other then Parmesan but wife was hungry so we ate them. Wasn't long after that the pizza came out hand tossed mind you but looked good at first glance. Had to ask for plates and silverware. Started to eat pizza and noticed it was missing some thing about same time wife said there's no cheese on the pizza when I said something was told by staff ok. I was completely shocked to see the employees in the back preparring food without a mask on. The cashier had a mask on, but you would clearly think that since they were preparring food that there would have one. I was skeptical about eating especially when I saw her talking while fixing someone else's food, while my pizza was in the oven. I couldn't even eat my food. read more

The manager called me a liar tonight when I called to tell her She ha given me the wrong pizzas. The last few times we have ordered pizza from Benton Pizza Hut the order has been wrong. Tonight the manager asked me when I came in what my order was just to make sure. What she repeated back to me was correct HOWEVER when I got home the pizzas were wrong. So I called to tell her the pizzas were wrong. She straight up called me a liar! I'm never a bitch but you don't call an innocent person a liar and expect them to be ok. I have a 4 yr old who can't eat certain things. Also unless it's free we want what we paid for. So if you are the manager at Pizza Hut that is working right now I'm sorry I flipped out on you but I'm not a liar you just fucked up. What you should have said was sorry we will fix it or fix the situation next time. You never ever call a customer a liar. So what's the best pizza in town? I was in this establishment on 10/07/13. i'm a local and this was the first time ive been in there in about 6 months and ive got to say it was my last. The manager matt harmon and the server a blonde was very unprofessional. She didnt tell us about the specials but she sure did a table of 4 and was waiting on them hand and foot. We waited about 15 min for an order of (5) cheesesticks and the only way we got them then is because i went up to the counter and they had been sitting there for 10 min. The manager matt harmon brought them out w/no plates and they were cold. The waitress finally came over w/our personal pizzas and started to sling them on the table and i told her she could box them that the service was terrible. Went to pay the bill and the manager said i was doing book work sorry for the delay in the cheesesticks. Ronnie Jones is the district manager i think and he needs to pay better attention to the help cause they r going to continue to run people off. I would rather have dominoes now. read more
