Cant really review this if i could give zero stars i could. Guess pizza hut does not care about customer satisfaction. I tried to order and use my rewards points. But they are "doing upgrades" and my points got locked up in fantasy land and cant be used. They suggested waiting 24 hours. Well that doesnt do my any good to order pizza today. I wont be coming back unless they decide to make it right. If your customers cant use their rewards or order a pizza waiting 24 hours is not the answer. Wow pizzahut. Way to not care about your customers. read more

Love Love Love the Pizza!! Always good hot and fresh!! Looking at past reviews I was shocked. Maybe there is a new crew, but I have went there 3 times in the last month and it has always been great!! read more

The pizza is always delivered hot, delicious, and promptly. However, they are always (every time that I have ordered there...half a dozen or so) "out" of something. I have yet to eat a pan pizza from this local hut: They are "out" every time, and I have had luck ordering cinnamon sticks maybe twice. We usually order after 6 PM, but a full menu should be available until closing time, unless specified on the website. Availability and dependability are two characteristics that can make or break such a facility. Just once, I would like a pan pizza AND cinnamon sticks. Has happened enough to cost them a four or five star rating with me, whatever it may be worth. read more

This is the best pizza hut in the Ark-La-Tex. Although sometimes it's really busy and hard to get through..when you do they are wonderful employees with excellent people skills. There is a young guy at the window that always has a smile on his face. Even if it's 30 minutes before closing he is happy to help me. Actually the young girl too. I always go at night. I wouldn't order from their competitors...I did that once. I took home dry pizza with no taste and barely any toppings. I showed the man at the window and he basically said it says extra toppings on the order and shrugged his shoulders. I never get that from pizza hut employees and the pizza is great! read more

Is it possible to receive zero stars? We ordered 2 pizzas. One with no sauce (picky 6 year old, I know). We asked for the sauce on the side. The night shift manager, Adraianna, informed us that a side of sauce would be an additional $.65. We asked why, it's not extra since our pizza had no sauce. She had no reason, only insisted it would be $.65 and rolled her eyes. I asked to speak to a manager about her conduct and she told me she was the manager. Pizza Hut, if this is how you do business, no thank you. read more

I love this place the people are friendly. My family and I go every Thursday to the buffet allways have fresh pizza and salad.

Some times it's good, some times it's not. When I ordered take out they got my order wrong, however, I was craving pizza so I ate it anyways. The lunch pizza buffet rarely stays stocked, and has odd pizzas to choose from, and it is not consistent. The waitress we had last time was a little too concerned about being social rather than take our order and made our dining-in experience very awkward. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more
