The only problem is the food - which is rather oversold in the photos. We were disappointed that ours arrived totally cold, so the convenience of the fast arrival was offset by having to reheat it all in the oven to make it palatable. Neither of the dishes was particularly tasty, either; between the soggy overcooked vegetables, the dry flavorless rice, and the tough, chewy meat, everything in the plastic boxes both looked and tasted like airplane food. The portions were also quite small, without starters. sides, or salads as options, so when you "EatFirst" expect to eat again later.
The menu does change every day, and it's possible that you might luck out and get a day where they've chosen something tastier that works well at room temperature. Most days, though, the menu sticks to fairly bland, middle-of-the-road Westernized interpretations of popular international dishes. This delivery concept would work smashingly well if they went with a focused and dependable menu and kept things at the right temperature. If these guys were to merge with a Taco Truck, I think we'd all be in heaven.
