(The website guarantees 15 minutes, but ours was here in about 3). Fairly low prices and no delivery fee even for small orders - all brilliant. Hypothetically this is the future of food delivery! The only problem is the food - which is rather oversold in the photos. We were disappointed that ours arrived totally cold, so the convenience of the fast arrival was offset by having to reheat it all in the oven to make it palatable. Neither of the dishes was particularly tasty, either; between the soggy overcooked vegetables, the dry flavorless rice, and the tough, chewy meat, everything in the plastic boxes both looked and tasted like airplane food. The portions were also quite small, without starters. sides, or salads as options, so when you "EatFirst" expect to eat again later. The menu does change every day, and it's possible that you might luck out and get a day where they've chosen something tastier that works well at room temperature. Most days, though, the menu sticks to fairly bland, middle-of-the-road Westernized interpretations of popular international dishes. This delivery concept would work smashingly well if they went with a focused and dependable menu and kept things at the right temperature. If these guys were to merge with a Taco Truck, I think we'd all be in heaven.

We tryed calling back like 3 times only to get no answer. The next day we call to get our money back and they said they were so sorry but they got so overwhelmed that night that our order must of gotten lost but "trust me my love" as he told me on the phone "we will bring you your order in about an hour.". Ok nice he's sorry and he has no problem doing my order the next day and bring it. 10 mins later he calls and makes up this bullshit saying they brought my order to my hotel and could not get a hold of me! It's my fault and he will not give me my money back or give me my order that I made! Don't ever order from this place especially if your from out of town and your looking for anything that is open! Horrible service all around. I'd rather eat the snacks in the hotel or wait till the morning to eat something.

I haven't checked but they come across as Italians who lived in Germany for some time, offering us a warm welcome and a professional, pleasant service throughout dinner, while speaking a combination of Italian and German (with a good command of English). Their honest recommendations and attention throughout the evening have been of the highest quality. We had two main dishes from the specials menu: (1) sea food (scallops and giant shrimps) with black pasta, covered with a rich and heavy cream. The pasta was good, but a little on the over-cooked end of the spectrum. The sea food itself was good. (2) The other dish was pasta with cheese and truffles: prepared right in front of us with much showmanship (see the photos). My friend was satisfied with the taste. The restaurant is located in the middle of what seems to be a residential area. It was practically empty. The menu is long and diverse so the likelihood of the ingredients being fresh, locally sourced daily from nearby farms fields is pretty low. The portions are massive (think US-sized) using lots of cream - which makes the experience a test for your stomach capacity, less a test for your taste buds.
