This place is okay at best. And terrible at running a business. First impression wasn't very positive when they didn't have eggs for tamago nigiri, and had to replace it with tofu. That has nothing to do with my evaluation of this restaurant. The food comes in late, and incomplete. Seeing how it took them an hour to arrive (was estimated to come in 30 min in the app) I would have accepted part refund or even a coupon for the worth of what's missing. Anything but couple pieces of tiny ass sushi that's been charged 3 euros for to be additionally delivered in... more than another hour. I still haven't gotten my last bits and at this point I'm not even waiting for it, but way to ruin a meal that costed 20 euros. And the best part is, no apologies whatsoever. I called, had to persuade him that I had in fact ordered a specific dish in addition, which showed on the receipt, did not arrive, and he screwed up while he was too concerned about changing tamago nigiri to tofu nigiri. But his call ends with "okay, I make another." Not an apology. I first ordered at 4. Now it's 7. Just imagine that. If you're so dysfunctional, just lose the delivery business and stick to dining...
As for the quality of the food, one could say you get what you pay, but I would most certainly never pay for this again. I won't be too harsh just for my personal bad experience and still give two stars for what it's worth. read more
