I was so happy to find this store in Rome!! After being in…read moreRome for two years, I was really craving some American classic snacks :) don't judge haha. The prices are a bit high but reasonable when compared to Amazon. They have all the classic snacks, candy and drinks from the US. The staff is extremely friendly! They speak English really well and were so fun to talk to. Will definitely come back soon!

A quick Google map search revealed that this market was very close. It was easy to walk to and find. They have a good food selection here and the pricing appears to be reasonable, especially compared to other places. I was able to get a large bottle of pferrier and some kefif for less than 3 euros. I imagine I would have shopped here for snakes and a bit of groceries if I was staying in or visiting this this area for a bit longer.

The service was also good, and the staff were friendly and kept things moving despite how busy it was. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the restaurant was absolutely scorching hot inside and extremely packed. It made the meal a little less comfortable than it could have been. Other than that, it was a great place to eat with quality Italian food. If they can improve the temperature and crowding, it would easily be a five-star experience.

The seafood department has a stunning display of fresh fish and the butcher shop is also quite an eye opener. I have not seen anything like this in California not even in Bristol Farms! This is truly like a kid-in-a-candy store type of place for a foodie! The fruits and vegetable department is set up so rustic-like a farm's market. The lighting of the store gives a nice special effect on the produce. And the bakery department is so inviting. Kind of reminds me of Vancouver's farmers market I went to several years ago.
