We came in late and wanted something savory to eat. Our restaurant of choice was closed and the rest were hollering us into their touristy shops which we just didn't feel like entering. We picked Pizza de Lavia because it was quiet and had prices clearly marked on the menu.
Ok I'll keep it short: the shop was unkept, there were plenty of dishes from previous customers on tables. The food was decent. We shared a Kyabasili Pide and two Turkish teas. While the dough was thin and baked nicely, the toppings were kinda bland for my taste.
The shop was run by two teenagers. While they were friendly and deliver decent food. I just wish the overall experience was better.
Overall, I'm not sure what I think about this shop. For a light meal under 10 US dollars, it's ok. read more
