I ordered a medium supreme, a med. cheese and a medium pepperoni pizza The sale was $5 for any 3 medium 2 topping pizza. on my email receipt. it said $20.99 for my supreme and $7 each for the cheese only and pepperoni pizza. I called Pizza Hut and he said oh yes but on their receipt it is correct and he will send it with my husband who went to pick it up. There receipt said $34.99 for a medium pizza. What the heck. I just ordered a pizza from here for delivery. The information told me that it would be one hour to be delivered. After the hour, another hour was added. I called the venue and found out that they could not get a driver. OK I get it. So I told them I would come and get it. When I did -my pizza had been sitting for 45 minutes and was cold. I would have hoped that good customer relations would have guided the bakers to make a fresh pizza to ensure that it was hot. I have to reheat my pizza at home. I am disappointed and probably will not order from here again. read more

The pizza is always amazing - never greasy, perfect crust, lots of cheese, truly the best I've ever had! They also have a great deal on salads and their cheesy bread is my personal favourite. No better pizza in the city of Calgary. I've been going here for over 30 years, and I've yet to find a better overall pizza. Sure once in a while it might not be a 5 star, but overall they are great. So many restaurants have a major turn over in staff, but these guys know how to keep them. I like hearing my name when they answer the phone (yes, I go there that much). Finally! A real pizza in Calgary! I swear, I've been looking for years to find decent 'Za to no avail. What I hate most about pizza in Calgary is everyone uses salami-sized "pepperoni", which just isn't the same as the toonie-sized real pepperoni that I'm used to. Pizza Bank was a last minute decision - no dinner, no ideas, craving pizza, so after surfing the net, I found the Bank's menu. Once I saw a picture of real pepperoni, I knew it was going to be a winner. It took 15-20 minutes from placing the order to picking it up at the stripmall at Glenmore Landing, and it was piping hot when I got there. A bit pricey at ~$30 for two mediums, but it was well worth every penny! It was a relief to see that this place was spotless, and the staff were friendly. The crust is soft yet crispy (I'd say "medium" thickness), the toppings are fresh (no canned mushrooms here!), and there was just the right amount of cheese and delicious pizza sauce. Pizza Bank is also open for lunch, and apparently they have daily specials starting at $5, so I think I'll be back soon! They've got all the accoutrements as well, like wings, salad, drinks, etc. Pizza Bank is pick-up and delivery only, with delivery offered for addresses within 3 miles starting at 4:30pm till close. read more

The pizza was excellent and they were willing to help me out on the large pizza where half of it was done one way the other half was done another way and then I decided to just order two pizzas so that we have our pizza way each of us like and actually it was kind of funny because both pizzas came done 50-50 however it doesn't matter because they were delicious and thank you for your great service read more

Your pizza is sooo good!!! Google says you close at 4 pm but I called after that at like 10 and apparently you don't close that early. Should change that lol. Your pizza is the best hands down. Never disappoints. One time I wanted to spend less money, (3 dollars less) so I ordered dominos. Biggest mistake ever. I regretted it. Spend the extra few bucks, their pizza is worth it. Used to get Pizza Bank all the time and loved it. Ordered one for the first time in a while and was totally disappointed. Minimal toppings on the pizza - almost no cheese and razor thin pepperoni. Phoned to complain and was told "thank you [for your feedback]" and that was it. There are better options in the area. read more

I can't tell you how sad I am to have to rate Pizza Bank with one star. Ever since high school, this was my favourite pizza in town. I had not had it in about 5 or 6 years as I live nowhere near it any longer, and I had been craving it, so ordered it as a Friday night treat. I will never be ordering from there again. What the heck, Pizza Bank? The crust lacks the flavour and freshness it once did, the wonderful pizza sauce recipe has been messed with somehow, and the amount of toppings put on was absolutely paltry, made worse by the fact that the pizzas were shown the SCANTEST bit of cheese, so miniscule an amount that because of the baking, it turned into a thin, tough, flavourless layer. How miserly to skimp on the cheese! And at the prices being charged ($30 for two mediums), these should be premium pizzas. Thanks for taking my favourite pizza joint that has so many great memories attached to it and ruining what was a great pizza. read more

I don't know. It's good pizza, but not as AMAZING as a half assed pizza joint would be in NYC or Chi. Ordered a large hawaiian for pickup - 21 tax in. Ehhhhh. Ready in 20 minutes. Dope. We get home and eat a pizza that's quite alright. A little cheap on the cheese. Ok ham. Canned pineapples. Ok sauce. Really good flaky crust. The crust was great. But the pizza had all the qualities of a pizza hut pizza. It tasted exactly like a pizza hut hawaiian pizza. And I don't mean it as that much of an insult, I mean, I'm not comparing this to dominoes or...ugh.. CPU. I will come back and all, but I dunno, there's better pizza in Calgary. read more

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Waited 1.5 hours no pizza. Called Pizza Bank, expressed my displeasure regarding my order. They said that once the pizza left their door they were no longer responsible for the food. They said the driver phoned them back and said I refused the order at the door. I explained that obviously the people who refused the order was not me or else why would I be calling. I ordered from Skip the dishes before and always got my order. Anyways the manager at pizza bank tonight was very rude and was not interested in resolving the issue. I don't know if the food was returned to Pizza Bank if so than you would think the manager would be happy to let me know or rectify the problem with the customer. (Like my friend who owns a pub and deals with Skip the dishes and said that in a situation like mine he asks the driver to return the food and he deals with the customer direct which makes sense since it is his customer he wants to make happy and have repeat customers) Anyways, I had to contact Skip, get my refund and after two hours I went to the pub around the corner at Gators Pub in Woodbine and even though his kitchen was closed, when I explained my no show pizza from Pizza Bank he happily made me two pizzas with three toppings for $20.00! And the pizza was perfect. Cust was perfect, lots of cheese and toppings, I doubt Pizza Bank could do a better job in taste, and of course goes without saying at this point......the most important factor, customer service!! As a once business owner I'd have to say I'd want someone in management more concerned about my customers. But I guess the owner has so much money he wouldn't care if his rude manager lost a few customers along the way in this economy. Only one star because there is no -5 stars. read more

First time I tried I kind of enjoyed it as I was quite hungry. They give coupons every time to be used for the next visit and I was like, hey, that's great! The pizza is very crispy, but the second time around, after discussing and sharing the pizzas with my friend, we suspect there must have been some drying agent applied (baking soda perhaps?) It was simply unnaturally too dry and crispy. Our suspicions were further supported when both of us next day (he in the middle of the night) had a rough time on the toilet.
