Lesley Sawhook with Pixie Vacations is amazing! She first helped us with a trip to Disneyland, which was a surprise for the entire family except me. She worked with me and was able to help me keep the secret (not an easy task). She sent me brochures to put under the Christmas tree. She helped me understand that park hopping at Disneyland is so easy. I was wary about getting park hoppers, as our kids were young and we don't hop at WDW. I was so thrilled that she had me get the park hoppers. It was great to go to Radiator Springs in the morning, over to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon, and back to Disney California Adventure to see World of Color. I never would have known about the amazing show if she hadn't helped me. When we decided to take another Disney trip, Lesley Sawhook was the first person I thought of. We were trying to decide on a cruise, and she helped us narrow down our choices and gave us the advantages of a 7 day cruise. She booked us an amazing room that had a veranda. We used that veranda everyday while on the cruise. We loved the layout of the room because it had a little bend to the room (near a corner) and the room felt bigger because of it. Had it not been for Lesley, I don't think we would have had as good of a room. She talked to us about the experience of Palo, which I had been avoiding because I thought it was $75 a person and one person had told me it wasn't worth it. She corrected my thinking, told me it was only $25 per person and that brunch on an at sea day was a great experience. My husband and I had the best view, overlooking the ocean as we sailed and some of the best food we had for the entire cruise. Had it not been for Lesley's expertise, we would have missed this fabulous experience! When it came time for the land portion, Lesley worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. She helped us make dining reservations for the coveted Be Our Guest restaurant and for Cinderella Castle, which my girls just loved. She told me the dining experience at Be Our Guest was different for lunch and dinner, and we did both. She was right. The food was awesome, and the experience totally different. When I told her my daughter had a fear of lightning, she told me to steer clear of the west wing. I never would have known that if it weren't for her. Lesley Sawhook of Pixie Vacations is top-notch. She took great care of us. I am a runner, and have to get long runs in. It seemed everytime I was out running, Lesley was working. She booked our cruise, I was out running. She booked the land portion, I was out running. It was time for getting advanced dining reservations, you guessed it, I was running and she was busy working getting us the exact reservations we wanted. It was time to book the excursions for the cruise, I was running a half marathon while she was booking the excursions. I got to play, and not have to worry about my vacation plans. Lesley is amazing at what she does. She has a passion for her job and for Disney that she just shares with her clients. The one little thing I loved... after our Disneyland trip I had told Lesley I liked the bag that was sent, but I never used it in the parks because it is a shoulder bag, and I prefer a backpack. So for our trip to Walt Disney World, she remembered, and sent a backpack. I used it everyday in the parks, and that says a lot about her. I really dont know how to write a review but if I had to state in one sentence my family's experience with Stephanie's Pixie Vacations it would be that "Our Disney dream vacation wouldn't have been possible without Stephanie's planning and inside knowledge." My family and I were Disneyworld newbies and Stephanie asked us what we wanted and then she delivered exactly that. Our Disney experience was tailored to what would best fit for my son, who was turning 3 years old, and my wife and I and our budget and alotted time. Side note: I have heard others say and I definitely thought before this trip that 3 years old was too young to enjoy Disney. I found personally that this is false. It was among the best 5 days of my son's young life and even I had an enjoyable time; which was highly unexpected for myself! Anyway, back to Stephanie. About a month ago my family and I went to Disney World. We contacted Lesley Sawhook with Pixie Vacations to help us plan out our trip. Lesley was truly amazing!!! I hadn't been to Disney in over 25 years and Lesley helped walk us through the parks, the best places to stay, eat and what rides are the best to use the Fast passes on. She booked all our meals and hotel. It was so nice to be able to go there and not worry about those details. I was gratful for the help with all the planning and the knowledge she had to share. About 3 weeks before going I started to get nervous about going, I am a heavier woman and was afrid that I wouldn't be able to ride any rides. I contacted Lesley and she quickly put my mind to ease. We had Stephanie Severance as our travel agent. She was fantastic through all of the planning. We have 3 toddlers and a 21 year old stepdaughter in tow and we wanted everyone to feel the magic and Stephanie definitely delivered. I literally cried at one point it was so amazing. The trip was beautifully laid out and felt stress free even with 3 toddlers! I cannot say enough about Stephanie. I literally have handed out her business cards to my clients and also at the grocery store lol and Im serious. I tell everyone I know how amazing Pixie and Stephanie is and that they really should not go with anyone but Stephanie because she knows so much about the parks. I'm happy to say 2 of my friends have booked with her and have been so satisfied as I was. Its rare to find something up and up these days but I have in Pixie and in Stephanie. OMG - I could never have done this without Tracey Robbins our Agent at Pixie Vacations. I was overwhelmed with all the small details that needed to be done, so far in advance of our actual trip - dinner reservations, FastPasses, etc. I was planning a last minute surprise birthday trip for my daughter who would be turning 8 on our trip. This being our first trip to Disney World I really didn't know where to start. Tracey was a true blessing and right from the beginning put my mind at ease that she would help me plan the perfect trip for my family and a birthday my daughter would never forget. Her knowledge and experience was beyond helpful, everything from FastPass advice to the best places to eat and some wonderful ideas that made my daughters birthday so amazingly special. We used Pixie Vacations to plan a weeklong trip to DisneyWorld in February. It was supposed to have been in December but as I had just started a new job I didn't feel comfortable taking time off so soon. Our agent, Nikki, didn't skip a beat. She changed all our reservations to February and kept us up to date along the way with new confirmation numbers, payment dates, etc... Having been a travel agent years ago I know how trying it can be when clients make lots of changes but she handled ours with great professionalism and couldn't have been nicer. I always use a travel agent when I travel, it's nice to have that cushion, someone to rely on when there's a bump in the road, that can straighten out a situation and have resources that the average traveler doesn't. Stephanie did an amazing job helping me and my husband on our first Disney and Universal trip for our honeymoon. She helped us book all our park tickets.
