My entire family was coming into…read moretown for a rare reunion and it was on my father's bucket list to have a multigenerational photo shoot. Cindy delivered on all fronts. Her communication is spectacular. We were always kept in the loop of all logistics and details. We were also consulted and collaborated on things like location and attire. She was knowledgeable and very open to discussion. The day of the shoot, she was a pleasure to work with. She was patient with the little kids, caring towards the elderly, and fun with the rest. She worked so well with all of us, of all different ages. She not only got all the shots we wanted and hoped for, but continued to take additional candids, adding even more memories captured. After the shoot she delivered the final products and we were floored. They were all wonderful. They were even better than expected, with 3 little ones under 5 running around. The photos came in the exact time she quoted us but the edits look like pictures taken and edited off an iPhone. Not happy with them. I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. Got some of the raws back a day after making my review, which was nice of her to send as she said she didn't usually do so, but the quality of the photos look like they were taken on an iPhone..it was nice to see some of the photos that didn't come through as finals. I was impressed by the work he showcased at a Bridal Bazaar, was further pleased by his website, and was very happy with our engagement photos! His energy is calm and in control. He listens and you can tell he really cares about the clients' needs and preferences. He is flexible and knows what he's doing from beginning to end. It was an EASY decision to hire him to shoot our wedding, no doubt about it. And WOW...we are sure happy we did! One thing I was drawn to is his eye for authenticity.
