Unfortunately, most repair facilites want you to bring the entire computer to them, but I wanted someone who could come to our apartment and try solving the problem here without disassembling all the camera, printer, audio speaker cables, etc. I saw some very positive reviews of Emerald Coast IT -- which serves Navarre and Gulf Breeze -- so I figured I'd give them a try. We couldn't have been more pleased with Matt, who cheerfully agreed to make a housecall. He was not only extremely personable and patient with us, but very tech savvy and quickly deduced/solved the problem. We can't recommend him more highly. If you have a computer that requires the repair person to come to you, he's definitely your man.

Had a great experience with Footbridge Media! The whole web redesign and SEO process was super easy…read moreand smooth. After dealing with other companies that overpromised and underdelivered, it was such a relief to find a team that actually delivers. Customer service is top-notch, and Tony is the best. "Footbridge Media Complete Marketing Program - Scam Warning and Complaint"…read more I paid $249/month for three months of Footbridge Media's so-called "Complete Marketing Program." In that time, they delivered nothing that qualifies as real marketing. * I had to set up and manage my own Google Business Profile, even though they advertise this as part of their SEO services. * No posts, no photos, no updates, no optimization. * No reports, no citation updates (Yelp, Yellow Pages, Nextdoor, etc.), and no measurable results. * When I asked questions, I was told to "book a call." That's not SEO, that's stalling. * They didn't even use Yext to update my phone number on my citations, which is a basic part of local SEO. * Worse, they tied my site into spammy backlinks that actually hurt my visibility. When I pushed for a refund, their own attorney wrote that he had "no issue authorizing" two months back. But after I posted honest reviews about my experience, they stopped communicating. That's not accountability, that's retaliation. Other Footbridge Media reviews and complaints online show the same thing: copy/paste websites, no exclusivity in markets, stalled work, and business owners calling it a cash grab. This is a pattern, not an isolated issue. I've filed a BBB complaint and reported them to the Florida Attorney General. Small claims court is next. If you are considering Footbridge Media, take this warning: their "Complete Marketing Program" is anything but complete. -- Dustin Clark Clark Cumberland Contracting, LLC
