I contacted Lawrence Jernigan to build a Web Based Application for my fitness business. After singing a Non-Disclosure Agreement and showing him my project details, he told me over the phone that he was the man for the job and promised that I would be a very happy customer. He Quoted me $5200 for the project and I paid 35% upfront to him right away. After conducting business with Lawrence for the past 3 months this is what I have come across: He asks for payments every Friday, even if the the work is incomplete. Misses dead lines often. There is a huge lack of progress between phases and steps and the poor response to my feedback. He never asks questions regarding my project. Every single time I was assured he understood the material and would contact me if anything came up. Just looking at the coding, the quality of the work does not match up with what was promised. I have spoken to MULTIPLE web designers and have been assured that the product I have been given by Pixel Perfect Softworks, is unprofessional and substandard given the length of time Lawrence had to work on the project and the amount of money spent. Lastly he lied about who was doing the work. He outsourced my project and leaked information about my formulas and methods to people in India while pretending he had his hand in the code. Even after signing a NDA. I was promised a lot, I was patient, and I was taken advantage of. Now I am left with an unsatisfactory product and I'm out of a lot of money, time, and energy. I will be taking legal action for breaking NDA and dishonesty. Lawrence promised if I was not happy he would give me a full refund. I have yet to receive this. Lawrence Delivered Perfectly and On Time I'm a programmer but came to Lawrence with a very challenging problem. Specifically, we had to use AJAX, jquery and json in order to go through a database change information based on user responses and then allow the user to request certain data and output without refreshing the page. I spend many hours reviewing all available literature on StackExchange and everywhere else and tried numerous solutions and tweaks but could not get it to work. When I called Lawrence, I got him on the phone immediately. This was a good sign. Lawrence promised that he could get the project done by morning of the next day. Communication was efficient and exceptional. We got on skype where we talked face-to-face and then I showed him my screen to show him visually what needed to be done. When I had to clarify things or provide more info Lawrence texted and called me. This kept his work on track. Lawrence delivered the next morning working perfectly and on time. read more

After receiving many excuses I had DigiPro Media cease any further work in the website on February 1, 2016. There has been No delivery of services or product, it was estimated to take 4-6 weeks complete the first phase, at time of contract and payment was submitted. So back to February, 5 months later no website. I had to hire a separate web developer to build my website that only took a fraction of the time. DigiPro Media collected my money, put me on the back burner. I truly feel DigiPro Media Ripped Off my partner and my self. Our Lawyer and myself have mailed multiple letters and left voicemails with no response. They even removed our partially built website from they're local servers. Here we are 9mo later and not one response from DigiPro Media, all i wanted was a full refund i don't like having to resort to 3rd party review sites, as a customer my experience with DigiPro Media was terrible and when they ran out of excuses they put the blame on the customer.

Jeff called me around 930 and said he has it working and I could pick it up. Wow. When I went to pick it up, I mentioned that I was looking at a new to me computer. He suggested to just install a new hard drive. I said ok and left it with him. He called me back and I have a like new computer for a fraction of the cost. I was so impressed when I first talked to the owner and head programmer for PPS. His name is Lawrence Jernigan and immediately I could feel his confidence, even over the phone, so that put me at ease. Then he took my website ideas and brought them to life and I am so happy with the results. Lawrence is a fun guy and we have become fast friends. He's always there to help me with any question I have or if I need something changed on my site he's right there ready to help. I've been trying to get my site up and running for months now and everyone else I've talked to just kept putting me off and then asking for more money. Not Lawrence and PPS, they got me a site within 48hrs of my contacting them and never asked for more money than what was quoted to me. I will recommend PPS to all of my friends. I found some bad reviews and was somewhat reluctant to use these these guys, but went with them because they were about 1/10th the price quoted by everyone else i asked to look at my site. I advise you to do a search online and look at the complaints and rip-off reports. Jernigan outsources all the work to India and is paying someone roughly $8 and charging you $85+ an hour. read more
