I bought some graphics from my truck manufacturer and wanted them installed on my truck. After speaking with someone, I'd be able to get it done a week later. Easy enough. ***ONLY GIVING ONE START BECAUSE THATS THE SMALLEST AMOUNT**** These people.... all they want to do is take your money. Bought a part that the guy recommended to fix my golf cart. He told me it could be this part or another. Installed it and it didn't work. Went back and bought the right part . I then tried to return the part that didn't work and cost me $100.00 a couple days later and they wouldn't give me the return. They told me they have to specially order a part like this . Strange because they definitely had in in stock when I bought it . Even though they recommended me this part they would not return the part that didn't work and was not even needed! I would not recommend this place to anyone. If your looking at golf carts or parts I would recommend do not go here. To me that is poor customer service. Mind you nothing was wrong with the part at all was brand new , only thing was it didn't fix my reverse like it should have. read more

When you go into Kool Karts, your impressed with the customized golf carts, the collage teams embroidered on the upholstery and the equally impressive lift kits. This is not the start of a one star review, but it started with a $6600.00 investment and the promise of a warranty. Well, apparently this is the type of business and then quickly say's "who", don't know ya. I wasn't the initial investment, I was an impulse buyer, I say there carts, I said cool. I need one. After during the purchase I was told the batteries are used, but with a six month warranty, and there is also a warranty on the cart. Upon purchasing this item I discovered the headlights didn't work, I went back to Kool Kart's and just wanting to see if a technician could run out and install new lights. seemed simple enough. Just not that simple on there part. Apparently Kool Kart's has developed a business ethic of F***em and forget 'em! I went by their shop and told the gentleman that my headlights had burned out, my kart was still under warranty and could a technician come by and repair it. He asked me if there was a way if I could get my cart in to there shop, that would be difficult as I would have borrow a trailer. He wrote down the info on a telephone message, asked for my number and said "when the owner comes in I'll have him call you". I'm now thinking don't you have the decision making abilities to proceed without an owner telling you what to do. It's simple, yes we can go buy, or no we can't, can you bring in the lights, or no the lights aren't covered by warranty, don't you know anything about your product, apparently not! I left their expecting the owners call, and giving me direction only a true leader could provide. Well, that was Wednesday, September 26 and no call. On Thursday, September 27, I called back and luckily spoke to the same gentleman who took my call. He seemed somewhat indignant that I was even calling back. He told me he gave the message, and the owner would call me. Once again how stupid I was thinking, why not just sell me two light bulbs, instead hang me out to dry, make me regret my decision in purchasing from this company. I'm really not interested if this guy call's me or not right now, If he chooses not to go to his company and take care of business that's his decision. Two lightbulbs would cost $25.00 far to little to cause such great upheaval. Not a very professional way to run a business, On Friday, September, 28 still no call's, so I drove myself down to Buggy Worx off of New Warrington Rd purchased, these silly head lamps, and washed my hands with Kool Kart's. I easily installed them, and I now know where my business will be directed. Do they sell Kool Karts, yes they do, but so does Buggy Worx, for me it's an easy choice, if a small problem can't resolved, what happens if it's a big problem. I won't be doing much if any business with Kool Kart's and if I can persuade one person in doing the same, I will have done my job. The fella at Buggy Worx, also chimed in at Kool Kart's reputation; however, that is yet to be determined, all I can attest to is there business ethics, which is none. I don't think they want continued customers, and in these times where money grows on trees, businesses thrive and employment is in the low 4%tiles, Kool Karts is doing very well, but those times are a fantasy, and Kool Kart's should stop there dreaming, They don't know how to run a business. Customer service could be better. Once they had my money, seems I was out of luck getting things done right. Wow. Wrap on van is crooked and they don't seem to care. I'll use another company in the future. Lesson learned. read more

Been trying for days to get some (any) information on an LSU themed cart I have seen numerous times in craigslist. I cannot for the life of me get anyone to call me back or email me. I am ready to buy, provided the information checks out, but apparently Kool Karts has way too much business to deal with little old me. read more

I purchased a used EZ Go from Kool Karts in the fall of 2013, after being impressed by the owner's apparent care about customers. Big mistake! Within weeks the golf cart made a strange buzzing sound and would not move in any direction. More mystifying was the fact that within hours or sometimes days the cart would travel normally. i called within the warranty period and a technician came out but, of course, the cart moved normally. I was called that a second call would result in a $75 charge (I live less than 10 miles from the dealership) The problem has continued for the last 18 months, so I finally purchased new batteries and cables. The same problem continued. I called kool karts yesterday and was told i could expect a call back to schedule a technician this morning. Needless to say that didn't happen, so i called around 10:00 a.m. I was told that the owner needed to be consulted and he was on vacation, but the man I spoke to said he could reach the owner by telephone and he would call me back "in a few minutes.' i called back at 2:00 p.m. Sorry, the owner is on vacation and won't be back until Tuesday morning. (I am writing this on Thursday)The golf carts are lovely to look at but if you want one that actually runs I would advise staying away. read more
