When we finally received our files, the quality was a complete disaster--unprofessional, poorly shot, and nowhere near what we paid for. When we reached out to address the terrible quality and request a partial refund or resolution, they were extremely rude and completely ignored us. You only get one wedding day. Once those moments are missed or ruined, you can never get them back. Do not risk your wedding memories with this company. Think twice before hiring them.

We spent an enormous amount of money creating a beautiful, unforgettable, ICONIC wedding, and now we have almost NOTHING worth watching or looking back on. No proper wedding film. No professionally edited footage. No collection of beautiful photos that actually reflects what our wedding looked and felt like. We invested so much into one of the most important days of our lives, and because of this photographer's carelessness, we do not have the memories we paid him to preserve. He required us to PAY IN FULL before delivering anything. Once he had our money, his attitude was completely unacceptable. Every time we tried to communicate with him, he was rude, dismissive, and difficult to deal with. We were the paying clients, yet he treated us as though we were bothering him simply by asking for our own wedding photos and videos. It took NINE MONTHS for him to finally deliver our work. NINE MONTHS of waiting. NINE MONTHS of unanswered questions, rude communication, excuses, and stress. And after all of that, he NEVER ONCE gave us a genuine apology. When we finally received everything, the quality was absolutely SHOCKING. The videos looked like raw footage that had been lazily thrown together. There was no proper lighting correction, no professional color grading, no emotional storytelling, no smooth editing, and no attention to detail. It looked like random clips had simply been glued together and sent to us. People's bodies were cut off. Important moments were framed terribly. Half of the body would be missing from shots. Members of his own team were visible in the footage. The camera angles were careless, the lighting looked unfinished, and the entire product looked amateur, rushed, and completely unreviewed. This was supposed to be our WEDDING FILM, something we would sit down and watch for the rest of our lives. Instead, we do not even have a proper video to watch. We cannot relive the entrances, the emotions, the family moments, or the beauty of the wedding because the footage was handled so badly. The photos were just as disappointing. The editing did not reflect the quality, atmosphere, or beauty of our wedding. We spent so much time, money, and effort planning every single detail, yet the final photos and videos failed to capture any of it properly. My ENTIRE FAMILY is upset. These were not just memories for the bride and groom. These were memories for our parents, siblings, relatives, and future children. Everyone was waiting to see the wedding photos and film, and everyone was shocked and heartbroken by what we received. What makes this experience even more disgusting is that he actually told us that ours was "the worst wedding he attended." That comment was unbelievably rude, cruel, and unprofessional. He was not hired to attend our wedding as a critic. He was not there to judge our families, our celebration, or our special day. He was PAID to capture it. Instead of focusing on properly filming, framing shots, correcting the lighting, editing the footage, and delivering the work on time, he apparently had time to judge and insult the very wedding that was paying him. The arrogance required to insult a bride's wedding after taking her money, making her wait nine months, delivering poor-quality work, and refusing to apologize is unbelievable. He showed absolutely NO compassion, NO accountability, NO professionalism, and NO respect for us as clients. Every attempt to communicate was met with rudeness. There was no sincere apology for the delay, no apology for the quality, no apology for the way we were treated, and no acknowledgement of how deeply this affected our family. A wedding cannot be repeated. We cannot gather every family member again, recreate every entrance, redo every emotional moment, or relive the day just because the photographer failed to do his job properly. These memories are gone, and there is no way to replace them. We paid for a professional photography and videography service. What we received was nine months of disrespect followed by unfinished-looking footage, badly framed shots, poor editing, cut-off bodies, his own team appearing in the camera, and an insulting comment about our wedding. This was a COMPLETE FAILURE in communication, professionalism, customer service, filming, photography, editing, delivery, quality control, and basic human decency. I will NEVER recommend this photographer to anyone. Brides, PLEASE protect yourselves. Do not assume that paying in full means you will receive professional work, timely delivery, respectful communication, or even a basic apology when things go wrong. Your wedding happens once. Once those moments are missed or ruined, you can NEVER get them back. We spent so much money creating a wedding that deserved to be captured beautifully. Instead, we were left with almost nothing meaningful to watch, share, or cherish
