We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets. We used another cabinet company to build our bathrooms, entertainment centers and utility rooms and we were completely satisfied with them. We will not use the Artisan shop again.

Update: I was pleasantly surprised I had a personal phone call from the owner of the company who was following up on reviews. I did appreciate this and he offered to help us resolve this situation with a different designer. I know this company does above standard work and it's sad how 1 employee can have such a negative impact on the reputation of a company. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars since I did receive this call and I will consider revisiting with a different designer.

I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. They came to the house and measured and was very consultative, and eventually they came out and installed. The entire process was quick, easy, and we're very happy with our results! Highly recommend.

I purchased a refrigerator from the company they suggested and they worked with them on the measurements. When I received my cabinets the layout didn't work! I had to exchange a cabinet for a smaller one. My $5000.00 refrigerator didn't fit, it sticks out because the measurements were too tight. Their response , "oh well". I paid thousands for the cabinets and they didn't fit! They messed up my order and added cabinets I didn't want. I was charged 1000.00 per cabinet regardless of the size 36" drawer or 12" drawer bace. They sent trim and charged me for it I returned products and they NEVER refunded me. They are money hungry and don't deliver what they promise! This company doesn't provide itemized bids or bills. Don't give them your business unless you want to pay through the nose and be disappointed.
