At one time I was leaving later at night like 7pm. There were people screaming for help and no nurse or aide was even in the area. I ran to the nursing home side and their nursing staff helped those people in total I was waiting 45 mins for help and no one showed. Mom was there 3 weeks and because she wasn't doing enough they were going to kick her out however we brought her home for 9hrs and after an at home nurse saw her they said to call 911 she was so bad she spent a month in Salisbury and now she's on week 2at Berlin and doing so much better. Her bladder almost exploded ( I'm exaggerating a little bit she looked 9 months pregnant) they emptied the catheter 5 times and all of the people in Salisbury hospital said it's the most pee they ever dealt with. She had 2 major illnesses and begged to sleep and they said after 3 no answers Medicaid made them kick her out. I have never in my life herd that about someone with RSV.do not send people to this place bay health in Georgetown behind McDonald's.worst rehab i have ever seen. No clue how they have high reviews except the nursing home side is a small amount better then the other

The first time I went for a stomach/ belly issue. When I came in they said the visit was only going to cost me 20 dollars. I didn't think anything of it so I went along with it. A week or so goes by and I get an email saying I owe you 5 dollars. I called billing to ask what this was about. They said that because of my insurance and the way the office is suppose to bill it, it's suppose to be an office visit, not urgent care. So I said okay so they messed something up and I have to pay the remainder of the balance. No big deal... right? Well a week or two later I got a kernel stuck in my throat and it had been there for over 14 hours. I went up to the receptionist and she said it was 20 dollars. I asked if this was considered and office visit or urgent car, because the last time I came in and you only charged me 20 I ended up getting an email that said I owe 5 dollars more. She assured me this was an urgent care visit and it would only cost 20 dollars. I asked, "Are you sure? Because I don't want to get an email saying I owe 5 dollars more. I'd rather pay it now." She's like, no no you only owe us 20. So I said okay. Then after a terrible service that literally lead me no where, because I was misinformed about how I was supposed to get my throat checked. I ended up just having to hope I was okay and not go to the emergency room. So of course a couple weeks later I was sent another email saying I owed 5 dollars. I called billing. They referred me to patient advocacy. I spoke to them several times. They eventually had someone call me and this is where I should have been more diligent to get this person's information, but I was so relieved I just forgot about it. Someone called me from a dover number. She was wanting to get my payment yet wanted to hear me out with what happened. She told me that what I went through was messed up and because of a matter of principal, because I did my due diligence in trying to correct it right there at the counter. She said, "No you know what? We're just going to wave this. It doesn't sound very fair the way you were treated." So I clarified with her several times that it was okay that I don't have to pay this 5 dollars or worry about it anymore. She assured me that everything was okay. So I left it at that. Then 2 weeks later I get another email saying I owe 5 dollars. So I called billing and explained to her everything I just explained and all she could say was, "Well there's nothing in our notes about waving it." I was like, "I don't know what to tell you, this is what I was told." So she said she was going to look into it and call me back later that day. I don't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. So I called back and this lady just directed me back to patient advocacy, who never answered their phone after I left messages over the next couple days. No one contacted me until this morning where I get and unsympathetic grouchy mean woman who wouldn't listen to anything I was saying I was getting upset and she just got more rude. I explained to her everything that happened. She was basically calling me a liar, which I am incapable of doing. I just can't. Of course I don't remember the ladies name that told me she would wave it. So after being the most unprofessional person I've ever spoke to on a phone she basically gave me no choice but to pay. You're company is the most confused group of manipulative liars I've ever had to deal with. No one could seem to understand that the money wasn't the issue. It was the fact you persistently lied to me for 2 months about this matter. You are the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life. You have no actual care or concern for your patients. You are the most horribly run medical facility in this state for sure. I should get some sort of compensation just for how you people dealt with me this whole time. Rude and unprofessional. If this is how you run business, then you should not have a business. I'm sure you don't care anymore, because you got your money and that's all you really care about. I'm going to copy and paste this email I'm making on the internet so the whole world can see how you mistreat your patients. So they can have transparency in how you operate and also cover myself for anymore malicious attacks from you. Take care and learn how to properly run a business.  Sincerely,  Matthiew J. Coffin
