She helped me with my persistent tendonitis and figured out what even my doctor couldn't-that I also had an irritated nerve whose treatment was sort of counterintuitive to the treatment for tendonitis. The front desk staff and the other therapists are always friendly and encouraging. Just a great, positive experience. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr. Kugelman is top notch. My wife has a lot of health issues making her surgery far from routine. He was cautious, insisted on speaking to her various specialists beforehand, followed up in detail afterwards to make sure she was getting the care she needed, and was always kind and considerate. He insists he treats every patient like they are family, and we believe it. It's a several hour drive for us to any of the rothman locations but we feel it is well worth it. Our only complaint is the annoying kiosks you're required to sign in on for each visit. Which you then just rehash everything with the receptionist anyway. But that is the way most medical offices are today so LOL!

I also consulted with 5 post-op Orthopaedic surgeons who said they saw nothing wrong in the X-rays & MRIs they took of my back. They all said that I should be walking well. Also, I consulted with two primary physicians who recently told me I should accept my limitations bcz this was probably the best mobility I would be able to achieve for the rest of my life. I have gone thru many rounds of PT, but my results have been a disappointment. I'm only 70-ish! By sheer luck, I met someone who recommended this chiropractor. Out of desperation I made an appointment as I had nothing but time & a little money to lose. My insurance covered everything. After 4 treatments in 2 weeks time, I am, much better. I must still use the walker for any distance but I am stronger & my stamina is measurably improved, & most importantly, I am pain-free!!! The doctor's office gave me a definition of what chiropractic does for the body. I do not have it in hand but it says something about bringing clarity to the pathways that lead to the brain. I was somewhat familiar with them as they have a clinic in the YMCA building on township line Rd. I scheduled my first visit for a Wednesday at which time Dr John assessed my situation based on a q&a session. First session went well and scheduled 2nd visit two days later. That went well and showing vast improvement. Dr John said schedule two more visits for following week and he felt sure we could wrap it up!!! I was a bit amazed as it's not unusual for specialist of all types to keep you coming back as much as possible. I did set up the two sessions and true to his word wrapped up the whole thing this past Wednesday and to my satisfaction. In summary, you'll find Dr John and his entire staff courteous and professional. And Gina, the receptionist, Jill of all trades is a real sweetheart.

I received excellent treatment in the Phoenixville office in the last year & posted on their site. Unfortunately, due to MY lack of follow through on PT & exercise, I am now having additional complications with this leg length difference acquired after a hip replacement. SO Who You Gonna Call? My primary therapist is Heather Lampe, DPT, but I also give high grades to Martin and Logan (also DPTs). I am sure these folks have bad days, but they never show that to their clients/patients. They are pleasant, witty, kind and patient. They are also challenging when it is appropriate. Justin, the first person you meet, keeps the schedules organized and works to adjust the schedule to meet your needs. Heather is particularly adept at adjusting exercises to meet your needs. I know I have made the incredible progress I have since my 7/13 surgery because of A) my surgeon's skill (Dr. David Kolessar), B) the skill and personality of the therapists at Integrated Physical Therapy, and C) my own determination and commitment to my recovery.
