The interview also felt largely unstructured. Questions seemed to be asked spontaneously rather than following a clear interview plan, and there was very little effort to explore my technical experience. I shared several complex projects involving Power Platform, SharePoint, Android, Python, and automation, but almost no follow-up questions were asked. It felt more like checking off topics than trying to understand my skills or problem-solving approach. I appreciate the opportunity to meet the team, but I left feeling that the interview was not well prepared and did not provide a fair opportunity to demonstrate my qualifications.
