I decided to go in, and the owner and his friends noticed I came in alone - gave me a couple shots on the house, and the conversations started flowing. Despite language barriers, we still managed to have a very hype night. I loved the interior decor - alot of Japanese anime influence, mixed with gritty Irish/Italian flare. The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro. Their selection of artisan beers is not overwhelming, there is a little bit of everything, and Ale will tell you what is good for you if you tell him what you like. They have my precious Cider! We sat by the bar and found out this was the first Irish bar in Florence. Most folks were English speaking in the pub, and all the beers were delicious! Got a snake bite the first round, and then a Guinness to round out the evening before walking over to Mercato Centrale for a late night bite. Service was great and attentive, the peanuts tasty and the beer, divine. Highly recommend if you need a nice draft, get it here while you're in town.
