Would not recommend. Multiple mistakes made on last year's return, she insisted two of the mistakes I pointed out were correct, only for me to find out this year that they were not (I had a CPA/EA look at the return). Now I owe back taxes, penalties and interest. Still took her 5 tries to get it right. She blamed my information (which comes off Quicken/Intuit), and constantly blames "the software," when I could see she was actually entering things on the wrong line, miscalculating depreciation, omitting things by mistake, and thought there was an income limit on HSA's (there is not), on and on it goes. I actually ended up going to the IRS webpage to print out instructions for her. She just doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Then accused me of being a "combative and difficult" customer. She did refund my fee from last year, but that doesn't make up for the time it has taken me to get this fixed + penalties and interest. Steer clear if you want your taxes done right. read more

My experience with Jeanie, Not friendly I got yelled at from her because she wants to get her money now for first day before to just look at it. QuickBooks Online is not her daily activity. I would go somewhere and pay whoever knew! read more

I have used Pitner Tax Solutions for the last five years both personnel and business and Jeanie has always been extremely friendly and professional, I would endorse her fully. read more
