She was very calm, thorough, and professional when explaining my procedure and what to expect. She left a lot of room open for questions during my consult, before and after my appointment. During my procedure, Dr. Gilberg and her hygienist that was assisting, made it as worry-free as possible. I was able to wear headphones and they even tapped on my shoulder during the numbing process to distract me-which I thought was a unique and thoughtful gesture. Dr. Gilberg also makes herself available for any questions or concerns post-procedure. The office itself was also fantastic. All of the staff-the hygienists and desk staff were all friendly and welcoming.

My dentist office does not share this name nor was I aware of any affiliation. Called the number and the customer services sounds sketchy. They can't even provide you with the actual name of the dental office you visited for which they are billing you for. I'll be going into the original office I visited and paying it there. Please stop contacting people without all the details for which you are charging balances for. It sounded like a full scam. Aside from that, I complained about the dental assistant that did the service to my daughter. He was unprofessional and decided to talk about the medical treatment directly to my 14 year old daughter as if I wasn't there. I only ended up in the Blackwood, Washington Township office following after my dentist who I used to see in Sewell. Now as much as I tell them I only want an appt with him they continuously make appt for me with whomever they want. I believe this extra unexpected bill with no proper explanation and my last visit is the last straw for me.

Originally I came in for gum surgery and due to the distance from my home I thought it was just going to be a one-time visit. Everything changed after I left Dr. C's office. At every visit, I know for sure that when I walk into the office, I will always get a warm welcome from Sue, the office manager, who is very attentive and intelligent, she is very professional and warm towards patients and overall has great people skills.
