I've driven by here several times and today was the day that I decided to stop and get some pizza They have the option to drive-through and also have the option of slices which I like. I selected off the menu once a slice of pepperoni and one slice of barbecue chicken. They unfortunately did not have the barbecue chicken available so I got two pepperoni The slice comes very large. My second order the slice was a little small so they gave me two slices which was awesome. It's a nice thin crust pizza, very crispy. The sauce is not overly sweet, spicy or acidic. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. I ordered it the first window and it was available at the second window in about three minutes. Both gentlemen that were working Italian. It's always nice to hear an Italian accent. They do have some outside seating if you're waiting for a whole pie They do recommend ordering ahead if ordering a whole pie. I am not one to typically write a bad review but definitely feel that constructive criticism is needed at times. I stopped by with my boyfriend today to grab a couple of by the slice pizza and some garlic knots. The pizza was okay but the garlic knots were soaked in oil to the point that the box was dripping and leaking. There was about a cup of minced garlic not attached to the knots but just sort of placed on top and by the time we got home (5 mins away) everything was already cold and hard. We love supporting small businesses and understand that it takes a lot of time and effort to keep them running. Mmmmmm idk about this one drove to test this drive Thru pizza place and and um only way to describe it everything was chewy as hell.. loads of minced garlic just tossed into the knots plus the chewy texture and inside not a great combo pizza was thin but not cooked enough over the fire resulting in chewy pizza .. Looking for pizza options and found Pit Stop Pizza had online ordering and a drive thru so decided to check it out. After looking at reviews, we knew to order a full pizza ahead of time and did so online. Note: ordering online does not give you the option to do half and half or customize, so you may have to call in for that. In addition to the pizza, we got an order of garlic knots. Sauce does not come with the knots, you have to pay extra for that (we got marinara). Arriving at the drive thru, we gave our name for our pizza and I think the owner was glad that we knew to call ahead of time. He did say that the drive thru is for slices only and typically it is about 3 minutes after ordering to get a slice. Our food was ready at the next window and the owner couldn't have been nicer. The pizza itself was very good as were the knots. I was expecting a bigger knot, but these were really good and loaded with garlic. The chicken pesto pizza was also really tasty. The first time we stopped by was pretty late... we rolled up to the drive-thru at 8:45pm, when they were close to closing. We wanted to get a few slices to try, and they were out of the All You Can Meat, but still had Pepperoni so they doctored up a slice to be an All You Can Meat. We also got a Pesto Chicken and since it was our first time, they threw in a complimentary BBQ Chicken slice, which was very kind. They apologized profusely and explained they didn't make any new pies since it was close to closing- no biggie for us. We waited a few minutes at the second drive-thru window and were given a box of hot slices. Just FYI and heads up, the drive-thru when you leave is SUPER steep. Be careful going down. We enjoyed the slices, nice and thin- just the way we like and good flavor. Not too overwhelming. We decided to order a Build Your Own Pizza a few weeks later and it was delicious! The order was ready when we arrived. We ordered a "deluxe" bc we like toppings: pepperoni, sausage, red peppers, onions, mushrooms and black olives. They didn't skimp on the toppings and we loved it! We heated it up in a pan the next morning and the thin crust held up and was nice and crispy. I would have taken a picture of the tiramisu, but we devoured it! They offer a decent variety of slices like pepperoni, cheese, meat lovers, pesto, chicken, and a few others.
