They have many baked goods like homemade Pop Tarts, Cupcakes and Honey Crullers. But they also have breakfast and lunch sandwich options. The 3 others in my party got breakfast sandwiches, and I got a sandwich from the lunchtime menu. I opted for the grilled cheese. I'm so glad it did- it was great! The bread was baked in house and you could really taste the quality. Then where was 2 types of cheddar with thinly sliced apples ham and some honey. It was delicious and wasn't too greasy or decadent. Everyone else at my table raved about their sandwiches too, including my sister-in-law who got the buckwheat gluten-free option and loved it so much, she made an inquiry as to if she could buy some of the bread to take home. While they don't sell the loaves, it says a lot that she was moved enough to even ask. Overall a great experience here. I have really good memories of going here for ice cream and their ice cream cakes. There is a seating area outside and it is a great hangout spot in the summer. They also sell hotdogs, unfortunately this is the only hot food item. The chili dogs are amazing, you gotta try one. If you are visiting or touring in the summer months, this is a great spot to check out. This Dairy Queen is closed from December 24th until January 2nd.

I got severe food poisoning from a large regular coffee. So bad I missed an entire week of work…read morewhile I lived on the toilet for many days straight. I tried to contact McDonalds Canada to prevent others from being poisoned, however the AI automated complaint system had me jumping through hoops so I gave up since my energy levels had been brought down to about 10%. Lost just under 10 pounds throughout the week of misery and MONTHS later my gut still hasn't recovered. Went from being able to eat anything in any amount to worrying about every single meal I eat, as the "wrong" food just doesn't digest properly anymore. I just visited the doctor and he says I have IBS. Thanks for giving me IBS McDonalds. All over dirty bean water.
