Firstly I must mention to you that my friends and I, we like trying new cuisines & flavours.
We decided to go to this restaurant Piscoteket as we wanted to eat traditional Peruvian cuisine. So we stopped by Piscoteket to book a table for two for the next up coming weekend. We reached the place at about 19:00 and as we have made a reservation in advance we had no worries on waiting for free table. When we got to the restaurant we stood by the door waiting for the waiter to acknowledge us but they did not. Two minuets have passed a couple stood beside us, the guy in bar/bartender looked at them and lead them to their table as we stood there. So we make our way to the bar, talked to girl who booked our table. She was busy texting in her iPhone and didn't notice us until one of us had to say Hi.
She then looked up and we told her we had a reservation at 7:00 pm. She looked for our name on the paper but couldn't find us. She told us we could either sit on the or get a table until 8 pm the clock was already nearly 7:20. How is that even possible when the food itself takes time to cook and we we're suppose to get drink and catch up before the concert starts, not eat in a rush and leave. And she just stood there looking at her iPhone, again. It was really unprofessional. I felt like we we're not taking seriously just because we looked like a "kid" I mean that's what we felt. She didn't even bother making it up for us we so literally just stood there staring at each other. So we ended up leaving.
The service was absolutely disappointing.
In a few words...you should better try Munchies on the main road...opposite the restaurant. That bad!! read more
