Cela contredit totalement les règles affichées. Encore plus incompréhensible : on m'a expliqué qu'il est interdit de sauter d'un côté, mais autorisé d'un autre. Où est la logique ? Le personnel manque clairement de professionnalisme et ne semble pas se soucier de la sécurité ni du confort des clients. Les règles devraient être appliquées de manière cohérente, et les remarques des clients prises au sérieux. Je ne reviendrai pas.

I visited with two kids, 5 and 6 years old. They are very sportive, both of them are able and love to swim. Even when the weather is a bit cold. However, today, after 30 minutes they asked me to leave, they were shaking. And I have heard couple of other parents saying the same. All the kids had blue mouths. The monitor showed temperature of 28 degrees both for water and air. But apparently, it was not the case. I was highly disappointed as we go to swim with the kids almost every weekend, they stay in the pool usually around 2 hours and now I promised them that it is going to be great. And it was not. It was not crowded, however, I am sure that the reason parents do not come in a bigger number is a cold temperature.

The pool is almost always quite free of people and you can swim (or try to not drown) freely. The prices are uahaha, 6 E for an outsider, that is for someone who does not live in Dilbek which is quite absurd not to mention that the people at the counter (even though I only speak to them in English) they answer in Flemish and do not seem to care so much about your first impression of the place. Well maybe they just don't like me. Anyhow the lifeguards are a breath of fresh air, always smiling and ready to help. They even let me borrow a pair of goggles when mine broke so cheers to them.

Particularly the individual changing cabins along each side of the pool. The atmosphere is good and everything feels very relaxed. Price is incredibly good value, especially if you are an Ixelles resident. The people is about 25 meters (?) with the shallow end always closed off for kids, meaning the lanes are shorter. When the sun shines through the roof of this place it looks amazing. Pity more of the roof wasn't transparent. The bad: first and foremost - the opening hours. Not open ANY evening time except Mondays. As a consequence, Monday evening is absolutely packed and not much fun. How I wish they would offer even one more evening during the week...there's clearly huge demand for it. Also, although some lanes exist, they are not organised. Many times kids are free to play right in the middle of a lane with people doing speedy laps, and the lifeguards are oblivious despite being right there under their nose. Don't even think of finding the lanes divided by speed, just prey you don't find someone doing a lazy backcrawl in yours. Showers and changing rooms are ok - they are dated but if you consider the value of the place you can't really complain. I want to love this place, but given it's almost impossible for anyone with a day job to make it here during the week, that's proved tough. Still - the best option for swimming in the area. Possibly closing for renovations in the near future? Not sure.
