Outrageous pricing not in line with competitors or market pricing, on average 300% higher. And that's for in store pricing. Mobile pricing is even worse as others have written. read more

Now he runs his own shop here on Atlantic and I've been going to him directly for nearly the past 20 years. His Dad's shop is usually really busy and the lines are long because everybody knows "Marcos". Atlantic Auto does not repair cars, but does repair the engine blocks, or the cylinder heads. I just had my the cylinder head for my 1977 Celica fixed there. I also had my engine block rebuilt there too a couple of years ago. What I like about working with Marco is that he gets you the best deal. He can get better quality parts than what you can buy in Autozone, or cheap parts like Autozone if you don't want to spend the money. He gets you what you can afford. He also tells you what you probably didn't realize you needed, sparing you a 2nd trip.

The problem had already been diagnosed and parts were already being ordered as it had been looked at in Tucson. Upon leaving he stated he had not done this conversion and he would get back to us. This was Dec 10. Nothing from him. Went to Tucson late Jan for family related issues and had the work done there. In Feb we called him and left a message if we could talk to them about replacing a slide out awning. No call was returned. Some time in March my doorbell rang. Very concerned because we have security gates and everyone must call the house first. I asked him how he got in as I have the gates for a reason. He stated they were open. They were Not! I told him we had the work on the inverted done and he left miffed.Sometime in April (invoice dated 12th) we got a bill for 2 hours work for the inverter. REALLY? What work? The problem was already diagosed! You did nothing. Willing to discuss this bill with him my husband sent numerous emails and made countless calls as we thought lets get through this and have them do the awning. His daughter finally got a hold of us stating that she had "accidentally" erased our contact numbers. Hum? We talked to her regarding the awning and she said she would order it. We put done 1/2 for deposit. Again we keep calling, emailing calling emailing,No response. Finally my husband gets a hold of her and she says she "will check on the awning as it should be here any day". NOTHING! Finally the end if May we get a call left on our voice recorder. Tried calling back but no luck until June at which time Jeff states to him "we did not order your awning and you own us money!" My husband told him we actually paid you your undeserved money back in April. He stated he never got it. Turns out he did and put it in to someone else's account! Needless to say we don't recommend this place at all. 0 communication and poor business tactics. Try EXO. They are honest and reliable.

We were supposed to get a call back a day later and we called back three days later and they ask us to wait another two days before we could find out what was wrong. Well we get another call back on the same day and they explain, how something else needs to be fixed and give you an additional quote and ask us for another 3 days for it to be fixed. Then another week and finally ask for an additional 3 days? (WTF?) Another WEEK goes by and they kept having us adding the price to the "small fix" we had call for in the first place. Not only they'd took so long to let us know what was wrong but they took longer to fix the problem. 3 weeks to say if our product can finally be repaired is the most unprofessional and absurd business. So we finally give up on our "expensive fix". You know what this "professional business people" did? They came within HOURS! the same day we called to pick up the remainder parts we don't need anymore. But we can't get an estimate AND SERVICE in one week? My only frustration is that the exit gate has been broken for nearly two years. When leaving, you have to get out of your vehicle, walk to the front gate, and use your access card to open it. They provide a sewer dump station and water access, making it easy to prepare for trips and return from them. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The sales team is knowledgeable and professional, and on the few occasions we've needed service, the service department has done a great job. They also maintain a large inventory, which is fun to browse whether you're shopping or just dreaming about your next upgrade.
