This store has a wide variety of everything Key West. They have shirts, dresses, kids clothes, magnets, keychain, and anything else you might need. They have tons customs t-shirts, really funny ones. I bought some key chains and a Christmas ornament. The store is really packed with items so it might be hard to move around if it's crowded. I wouldn't bring a stroller in this store. Went into this shop the dress I purchased was marked 59.99 and when I went back to motel I noticed I had been charged 64.98 before taxes. I had to exchange for a different size, when I returned home, I discovered that the salesclerk had put the original size back in my sack after telling me it was ok to exchange for a different size! How Rude! I really liked the dress, but wish I had bought it at the other store that I seen it at! Might as well of since he charged me as much as they were asking for it!! read more

The owner hates tourists and shows it. While waiting in line i saw someone ask for directions and he looked at them like they were from another planet, just very annoyed and sarcastic . Of course they don't know where anything is at. They are not from key west. Anyway, I tried paying cash but he said he didn't have any change and required exact change only. Really? This must be the only business in the world without change. After reading reviews on their credit card scam, it makes sense they prefer to run people's cards instead of using cash. The worst service you can imagine. The store has lots of souvenirs, the same ones that every store has, so I would suggest you make your purchase elsewhere. I was looking at shirts and the guy kept asking questions very loud in my ear, such as, "what size" and "look at this one", etc. I respectfully asked him to let me just look around. He kept going, so I said again, "Please, let me just look around" and the guy blew up on me. He yelled, "It's called customer service and if you don't like it, leave my store. Get out." DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. We stopped on our way to the Bahamas and after looking around we found shirts were $10 more than another store. We started to walk out But the salesman reduced the price. We bought 2 shirts and 3 other items. When he charged my card it was way over what I expected. He said it costs 4% to pay with a card I told him he should have made that known before because I would have paid cash. He voided my card and I paid cash but the cash amount was still high. I asked him for an itemized receipt and he verbally told me the prices "Plus Tax". I asked what the tax was and the owner got annoyed at me and asked his salesperson to come help me. The salesperson did the same thing. I should have returned all the items but I paid what they asked. When I walked out I did the calculations and found that they overcharged me $9.75. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I wish I would have researched reviews before shopping at this location yesterday. I got home from Key West and was paying my credit card bills when I noticed that the amount they charged my card was not the amount they told me they were charging it when I handed the cashier my credit card. I have called them twice today already. Of course after I saw this I went back and read reviews on yelp and Google and apparently this is how they do business. It is fully illegal to tell someone you're charging their card one price and then up the amount by over $40! Total scam!!! read more

Went in for one shirt. Ended up with two. Got to the counter and they sold me on a special for three more shirts for free, just pay for decal. I paid and walked out, got in the ship that was leaving and found they charged me $197 for 5 shirts! I'm talking very basic t-shirts with a simple logo. I couldn't go back as the ship was leaving port. Very disappointed and wish I had asked for the total before swiping my card. It was so busy, so loud, and so many things going on... My family has been coming to Key West for 10 years and we've always stopped here for souvenirs. I will no longer shop here after my experience this year. I asked the employee to print a design on a tank top and when I told him it looked crooked he said he used to be a sniper and that I was drunk. I asked him to make me another shirt and he said he had a long day and I could go to one of the other dozens of stores. He told me I should shop elsewhere because there are millions of people who visit the store and he doesn't need my business. The icing on the cake was that he tried to charge me $40 for a basic men's cotton tank. Why would you ever tell a customer that you were a sniper? Worst experience. They were pushy and told you were getting a free shirt and that the cruise ships were supplemented the costs. Failed to mention the $12 print fee. STAY AWAY!!! 4 shirts were $96 and 2 were told to us as free. read more

What a disappointment!!! I was so upset when I realized how much I was charged for 1 Men's long sleeve shirt, 2 ladies short sleeve shirt and a baby's 18 month shirt, $155.96. The sign on the front of the store advertised the ladies shirt as buy 2 for $19.99, which caught my attention, when inside the salesperson who helped me was a young lady, very nice, but the owner was very rude when speaking to the employee who was placing the decals on the shirts. I wish I read the reviews here before shopping and purchasing at this place. It looked great and had "specials" outside of it's shop. It's right by the cruise pier and we thought it would be perfect to pick up some shirts. We kept being told we could get extra shirts for only paying for the decal. We picked one out for my young son and found out it never made it into our bag! Scam! We were also told one price, but the cashier rang up different prices. It literally was changing as he was making up numbers. There is a sign on the register that we thought was funny...until we realized they were serious - "prices change based on attitude". When we started to ask how much our items were, it was more than advertised. The employees were aggressive and rude as well. $197 for 4 cheapo shirts, 1 missing shirt and a Christmas ornament. read more

Would not recommend you use this store! They go through a sales pitch that offers you free t-shirts with your purchase, then asks you about putting on a decal, and charges you for the decal at a high rate. What a sham!!
