This place is a factory and you get to try their sandles. The lady behind my counter was busy chatting with her friends even I was ready to pay. So, the service could be a bit slow. This is a very small shop, but the owner has some fabulous jewelry in here for sale and he really knows what he's doing. He recommended that I replace the entire head that holds the diamond, rather than just try to repair the one prong. He showed me how the prongs had been repaired multiple times and were not strong enough to hold a 3 carat diamond safely. So we went ahead and replaced the whole head and I am so glad that I took his advice. The new head is much stronger and more substantive than the old head and I feel like my Diamond is really safe now. He did a nice nice job. It looks great.
