I first met Chris and his crew 6 years ago at the Leesburg Bike Fest. I had just recently purchased my 2006 Softail Deluxe and after his crew had installed a couple of customized and performance items for me, he put my bike on his Dyno. He identified a problem that would have been catastrophic for my engine. His crew fixed the problem and in the process it added an increased 20% of horsepower. I've been a believer in their expertise and abilities ever since. I recently stopped by to get the fluids changed on my 2014 Softail and have him look at my tires. As I figured the tires needed changing. He ordered new ME888's and a few days later called me stating my bike was ready to go. I was very pleased with my new tires and the work performed. The shop: The front sales area has accessories for all your HD needs, including performance packages. In the rear is the shop area. There are three elevated "stalls" where work is performed on the customers' bikes. Further to the back is the "Dyno Room" where Chris puts the bikes thru tests. Based upon the graphical results, he can determine if your bike is at operating at peak performance. The shop is very impressive and set up for serious maintenance and performance upgrades of one's motorcycle. I highly recommend you come by and check them out. They're located at 15870 Pine Ridge Rd. I was referred to Wayne by someone who knows all the bikes shops in the area. Wayne was knowledgeable and was able to obtain parts for my bike that others could not. I was updated on their progress and their test drives to make sure the leak was fixed. One thing that was disappointing was when I arrived to pick up the bike it was not all back together. The seat and backrest were not installed and I had to wait for them to to get it ready. Overall the price was very high but not do to Wayne, but the uncooperative local Harley Stealer who holds up & robs independent shops on parts sales. Screw the Harley Stealers and support your local bike shop.

He made the process super easy, offered good pricing, and a quick turn around time to have my tires/brakes replaced, brake fluid flushed, and 90 degree valve stems removed. I did remove one star because the adhesive was left on the rear wheel from the factory wheel weights and neither wheel was wiped down after finishing. It's a minor detail but presentation goes a long way with the finished product. All in all I would recommend this shop and do business with them again.

Jeremy personally reached out to me and immediately offered to have the motorcycle picked up. Tim and Wayne were also extremely helpful throughout the process and did everything they could to diagnose and resolve the situation. Rather than making me drive hours back to the dealership or deal with everything myself, they arranged to get the motorcycle back and ultimately provided another V100. The replacement was delivered to me quickly, and the delivery driver was professional and courteous throughout the process. That's what customer service should look like. Problems can happen with any vehicle, but having a dealership stand behind their customer and make things right is what makes the difference. Everyone I've met at Lucky U has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's honestly the kind of dealership I'd stop by just to hang out, look at motorcycles, and talk with the people there.
