From day one, I felt at home. Francisco did my assessment and set the tone with a thoughtful, personalized approach. Corey, the owner, is so down-to-earth and even jumps in on classes. I've also trained with Jamie, Billy, and Damian, and every single coach brings both expertise and energy. They actually watch your form, coach you through adjustments, and push you in the right ways. What sets FL apart is their model: semi-private sessions (10 clients, 2 coaches), which means you get personalized attention without losing the motivation of a group atmosphere. The programming is smart--focused on movement quality, strength, and conditioning that translate into real-life performance. As someone training for Hyrox, this has been a game changer. The community here is just as strong as the workouts. People cheer each other on, and it truly feels like a team environment. Palo Alto, you're lucky to have this spot--I can't recommend it enough.

He knows exactly how to push your limits and challenge you without crossing the line into injury. The programming always felt intentional, safe, and tailored to my body, not generic or cookie-cutter. I got stronger and more confident without ever feeling wrecked. On top of that, sessions were genuinely fun. Isaac has a great personality, and our conversations made the workouts fly by -- which matters way more than people realize when you're training consistently. The facility itself is also excellent -- always clean, very well maintained, and never feels run-down. The shower rooms are a big plus and consistently spotless, which makes fitting workouts into a busy schedule much easier. If you're looking for a coach who truly understands the body, knows how to work around injuries, and still helps you make real progress (while keeping things enjoyable), Isaac is absolutely the one. My first day at the gym, Jesse taught me my first compound exercise, the deadlift. I had never touched a barbell in my life and was completely nervous. Jesse broke down the steps and made me feel comfortable in a completely new setting. It's been two years since that day and I've completely fallen in love with fitness and have made immense progress in my fitness goals thanks to Jesse and FL. Jesse has a way with breaking down complex exercises into simple, easily digestible steps.
