I was visiting a friend who lives in Barcelona so left the bag & receipt there. Once I returned home to Mallorca, I realised they had sold me an empty Tester pot. I contacted the store but they are not interested as I don't have receipt & I paid cash! I gave them photos, time & date, plus the details of items purchased. The actual tester pot also had a Sephora sticker on the bottom with had written dates on it. Avoid this company, absolutely dreadful way to treat a customer

I just went around the store to check to see if the line would go down and by the time I'm done shopping it would be less than half of the line. I'm hoping. They got many things you need and it's not that expensive. You can get your house cleaners to ice cream. They even have produce and frozen chicken. I just pretty much got some candies and flan cause I'm loving the flan here in BCN. Oh and you can't bet the Dia potato chips for €0.67 if you buy 2. Love Dia!! I'm shopping here before I head back to the states.

I randomly stumbled on Regia this morning while out for a walk and swooped in for a visit. I explained my guidelines to a helpful staff member (Aida?) and she deftly steered me to the Carner line of scents. After sampling a few, I happily settled on "Sweet William". It was within my budget and smells oh so yummy. Thank you so much!

The store was well organized & they pretty much had the same products I've seen at my local Sephora. I didn't really notice a price difference (even after doing quick currency conversions with my calculator) but what's nice is, in Spain there is no minimum spending requirement to receive any type of VAT refund. So, it was nice to get a refund back on the one product I did get from here, even if it was just a few bucks back. I got the Armani lip balm & actually really love it! Only thing is, I learned that they do not use the Sephora rewards they have in the U.S., so I will admit I was a bit sad that I didn't collect any points but I LOVE MY NEW LIP BALM hehe. Will be back again!

What an experience, I'M SOLD! Now....they have launched hair care products, which allows me to tackle all of my purchases in one store. I'd highly recommend the hair scrub, it smells delicious and leaves your scalp feeling amazing and squeeky clean, the 3-1 mud mask, which is just amazing. My skin felt so soft, smooth and completely clean and who doesn't love minerals from the Dead Sea in their products, you'd have to be crazy not to! Lastly, the hand lotion from the dead sea is just delightful and smells amazing. Those are my top 3 picks, but my friend loves the apply body wash, so that's one to add to the list. Enjoy!
