I never got it because it was never sent. Fast forward to a month later when I called Kevin to let him know I wanted to cancel this order. He did not answer the phone, however, instead of calling me back he charged me for the print I asked to be refunded for, and made it a "new order". I still haven't received a call back, and all of these pictures were taken 3 months ago. My family has had issues with his communication as well. We like to think of ourselves as patient and understanding people, but this is way past the line. We have now found someone else to take any future family photos. All in all, no, I wouldn't recommend Kinzley Photography because honestly? You may never get your photos.

I booked a mini-session with Nicole and was immediately emailed a contract to review and sign along with an invoice for my deposit. Both were super easy and quick to take care of and sign digitally. I even did it from my phone! She also sent me some ideas and tips for what to wear to our photo shoot. I found that really helpful. On the day of our session, we met Nicole at a gorgeous location. The session was so much fun! I'm still amazed at how well she can capture my wild boys' personalities and engage them in such a way that they're having fun and we get phenomenal photos! A few weeks passed and I got an email that my photos were ready! That was quick. I followed the link through the email and arrived at a gorgeous and easy to navigate gallery of my family shots. I was speechless. The photos were more than I could've hoped for. They captured the spirit of my little family perfectly. I couldn't be happier with them. Nicole provided clear instructions on how to download them for the best quality and gave tips for printing versus posting on the internet. I would have never even known that there was a difference! My only complaint is that I love them all and cannot choose which ones to print. I ordered every. single. one. Not a bad problem to have, if you ask me. We've all had those experiences when it was a struggle to find one or two photos that were suitable for printing. You will not have to worry about that if you book with Nicole. They will all be spectacular. So if you're looking for reasonably priced, superior photography services that have the added bonus of being exceptionally easy to work with, call Nicole. You'll be so glad you did! Thanks, Nicole!

She avoided all contact with us, eventually promised a FULL REFUND which we never received, and put us in a different house on a golf course for "the time being until we get it solved." If we are flying to Montana, we defiently do not prefer a modern house on a golf course:) Never received another call or text from her or her husband after being promised the house we booked prior to our trip. Full refund still has not been received and the office nor Misty's cell answers our calls! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Good luck Misty! Lost a ton of business on that one, especially how we have family right down the road and many friends looking to travel to Montana!

Both modern and historic in all the right ways. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were on a bike trip and didn't have time to check out the spa--but they have a spa! We checked in around 4 pm or so and there were gourmet donuts at the front desk. Complimentary we were told for as long as they lasted. I don't have a lot of life policies, but never passing up a free donut is one of my top 3. Delicious donuts. Side note--we learned the next morning at breakfast that those "free" donuts in the afternoon were only there if the for sale ones didn't sell breakfast. Fair enough. The breakfast in the bar area was excellent. Sad that at least in last 2024, the bar isn't really open as a bar due to inability to adequately staff it.
