The twist lock. Magnet and cartridge fell out. Only have a seven day return window. (I went back 10 days later)They had absolutely no interest in helping us out. " go on the manufacturers website and find whatever parts you need" waste of time & money unknowledgeable, no customer service, overpriced, all around thumbs down!!!!
