Given the fact that it was 90's outside and we still had a several more hours of driving over the weekend, we decided to look up a place in Green Bay to see if they could take a look. Auto Select popped up on Yelp and we called. Even though all appointments for that afternoon were booked, they agreed to take a look for us. We got there an hour or so later, left the vehicle, and walked across the street to Dunkin Donuts to wait. About 15-20 minutes later, through the window at our table, we saw one of the mechanics not run but actually SPRINT to the car and pull it up to the garage for service. This place was not lying about their exceptional service. They kept us in the loop via phone about the areas of the car they were inspecting and what the associated costs would be. Ultimately we ended up having to replace the compressor, which was a bummer as it was not cheap, but the price they quoted was fair and we were happy they had the part on hand. All in all, only took 2-3 hours and we were back on our way. AC is working again and we were happy to be kept cool the entire holiday weekend. Thanks Auto-Select! Side note: If you need a place to wait, would recommend Wise Fools Pub down the road. $2 beer on happy hour! Can't beat that price!

Over the years, I have used auto aces multiple times for multiple cars. I needed a repair done, and called over a week in advance and spoke with Cheyenne. She said that my vehicle would be done for sure in one day so we made an appointment for the following week. So, I dropped my car off the night before to have to looked at right in the morning. I got a call at 8am that they looked at my car, and this is what it needed and would be done later in the day. I called back at 5:15pm, and the guy that answered the phone told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked him when he thought it would be ready, and he instantly got an attitude with me. I don't think my question was unreasonable nor did it get angry that it wasn't ready. He starts rattling off everything they did, and what they still needed to do. I'm not unintelligent when it comes to car repairs, and I know what they needed to do should have taken 4 hours tops. Why they had my car all day and then get mad when I ask a question was really weird. He then told me my car would be ready in the morning- even though I was told twice it would be done the same day, whatever I had the next day off anyway. Later in the evening Cheyenne calls me to tell me that my car is ready. So we went to pick it up, and at least it came in under budget. I always find her very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The guy however, was a world class asshole. Based upon that interaction alone, I won't bring my own car here anymore, but others in my household probably will. When you are shelling out a few grand for a repair, you kind of expect to at least get a phone call if they are running behind in the repair time. And they damn well better be nice when you call for an update!

We didn't think we could get that money right away, but figured it out. Called them back to start the repair, which was a timing chain. Told us we wouldn't get the vehicle back til next Tuesday, mind you it is the Friday before Christmas weekend. Called us back a while later and said they were working on it. This was at about 11am, and they close at 3pm. They got it done before 2pm. We had our vehicle before they closed. They also drove us home and back to the shop. The manager made this work and we are very appreciative of his and his crews effort. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.

That's how I found Dell's Service Center. I had 57K miles on my baby when I first rolled in, and now I have 215K. They did pretty much all services to my car.I will never look for another shop that's for sure. Definitely worth the one hour trip, even if it's just an oil change. Professionalism would be an understatement when it comes to describe their ownership, and the way they handle certain situations. They made a few small mistakes (like we all do) but I never felt mistreated or cheated out of money. They stood tall in those situations and always fixed the issue without any additional charges. Some of the bills were bigger than the others, but that's just how it is. The way I feel about my car on the way home makes me truly forget how much I spent on it. She's my mistress you know:) Oh, and one more thing! EVERY TIME I call them to schedule a service they always give me an almost immediate appointment. I really love that. Anyhow, after a recent major service job I feel like my car is even more reliable than it was 165K miles ago. On the last service there was an item that needed to be handled by an MB dealer, so they worked with the regional MB dealership they have a relationship with, portered the sprinter down there, had everything taken care of and then back to us. It was so nice not having to deal with the MB dealer and get the sprinter down there ourselves!!
