He did have facial hair, but he was hispanic...you know they start growing that fuzz in the final years of elementary. We walked in cuz we were eating some Rally's that night (right next door). My gripe about restaurants is that I don't have much to choose when it comes to soda. If drinking dark soda, I prefer diet, as it's not as sweet. I'll drink regular light soda but that still leaves me limited to sprite/7up/sierra mist. Ski's liquors to the rescue! I had so many options, I wanted to just drink bubbles for dinner...ha ha, non alcoholic this time. Ok, so its really just a liquor store, but kudos for checking ID, convenient location & non-alcoholic beverage selection. As far as selections they do have a good variety or single or tall can beers, and specialty drinks. You can also buy lotto tickets here. First off, the young man working there didn't even greet me. When he did come to the register, I gave him a scratcher and lotto ticket to redeem. He did the lotto ticket and then scanned the scratcher and told me he didn't have enough cash to give me since they just opened, which I understood. I asked if he had at least $40 and he said yes. I went to get a drink so I could get cash back and he told me I didn't need to buy anything to get cash back. So then he told me to tap my card and didn't tell me he charged me $3.69 in addition to my cash back. I realized this after I checked my bank account. I don't know what that fee was for, but for all I know I bought him a drink. Wish I would have at least gotten a drink for that fee or been told there would be a fee. ‍ No receipt given to me either.
