On one occasion, a painting contractor mistakenly asked me if he should double the invoice amount not realizing I was the tenant and not the property manager. They receive a kick-back from the contractors that come in and do the repairs when you move out. Therefore, they jack the prices up, and leave the tenant with the bill. These people charged me $1300 to change a few lightbulbs and touch up some wall paint (from normal wear and tear). They charged us $50 to roll the trash can down to the curb. We left the home in far better condition than when found it. I even sent the property manager photos of the walls (time stamped) from when we moved in. She (Cindy) said sorry, I have no choice but to charge you for them anyway. Terrible, terrible people. I plan on sharing this review on every single military housing website. I also plan on informing the military housing office on base so that ALL incoming military families will know to avoid this group of corrupt and greedy scam artists.

We are US military and move often. Keith Pittard was the property manager for a property we rented…read morefrom July 2018-July 2019. I would strongly recommend against dealing with this manager for the following reasons: 1. He rarely responded to texts or phone calls, even on urgent matters. 2. He seemed to have the intent to sneak provisions in the lease agreement we were signing. There was a provision that we would pay for an extra three months of rent (distributed over the time of our rental). Okay fine except this was not verbally communicated. My husband caught it at the lasts minute and got that provision taken out. However...it was extremely underhanded. 3. He did not provide an itemized list of damages and did not return our deposit. 4. Not only did he not return any of our deposit, we got desperate messages from a cleaning lady Keith Pittard hired who cleaned the property after we moved out. She said he owed her a large sum of money that he specifically agreed to pay her within a two week period. The woman was desperate to pay her own bills. Per usual, we couldn't reach Keith to see what he had agreed to. So we sent her the money. 5. We get the distinct impression that Keith Pittard is taking advantage of us because he knows we have moved out of state. My husband is US military and is gone much of the time. Fighting Keith Pittard to at least get him to perform his basic duties (such as an itemized list of damages) has been too difficult and time consuming up until now.

Please do your research and find another realty company that works for you and has your best interest in mind, as which this agent never did.
