My daughter and I have been through a journey with Dr. Peterson and Pinnacle Orthopaedics for over a year now, trying to fix her "dynamic" shoulder that had sustained an injury in back in June, 2020. Dr. Peterson performed surgery October of 2020. He is a very compassionate and caring doctor and I could tell taking care of my child meant a lot to him. However, after the surgery and many months (and thousands of dollars) of physical therapy, she still suffered to a point at times that she couldn't push through the day. She is now 19. We went back to Dr. P. and he declared that he would not stop until she felt better. We continued with further recommended appointments with him, as well as other doctors in his group, for second/third/fourth opinions. A few weeks ago she went to a follow up appointment to see how the fourth opinion went and what he was going to do next. Dr. Peterson told her to find another doctor. He was done. Dr. Peterson, you may be a Doctor, but you are no Caregiver. You have tainted her faith in the Healthcare industry.
Oh, and today I received a bill from Pinnacle for $30 for his flippant send off. read more
