this individual was employed my me to repair and electrical fault in a BTL i own in limerick , i…read more could not be present when the job was being carried out so arranged tha the tenants were home and let him in , the job took two hours and he called me upon " completion " , he demanded 250 euro despite explaining that no materials were required , i felt this was outrageously expensive and expressed this view to him , as he was still in the building when he rang me to say the job was completed , he announced to me over the phone that he was making my tenants pay the bill and that they could then deduct the amount from the next monthly rent , he then hung up and refused to even provide me with an invoice for the work carried out despite my repeated requests via text , as if all this astounding level of brazeness were not enough , the electrical problem resurfaced in no time avoid like the plague !
