Stay away from this crowd. Here is my experience with them. The guy comes out to my house to fit the stove but didn't cover a single thing in the room, by the time this guy was finished the whole place was destroyed in soot. Everything from the floor, the walls, the ceiling and everything else in the room like laptops, TV and my kids toys, i mean a serious amount of soot, so much so i had to get my furniture professionally cleaned and most of my kids toys had to be binned. That was bad enough but he didn't even have the decency to tell anyone he was leaving the place in that state and also forgot to install the vent that they said i needed and i paid 70 euro for. I called the office to explain what happened and was asked to send in pics, this was another pain point as it took 2 days and someone from there IT team to be able to download the pics form G-Drive. A few days pass and nothing, i had to call back in only to be told the pics dont look that bad lol one pic shows a few mill of soot on the floor! It took a week for the guy to come back and actually "finish the job", they didn't even offer up so much as an apology! When the guy came back to fit the vent he put it down low, RIGHT NEXT TO THE GOD DAMN DRAIN PIPE! so now if it is raining all i can hear in the room is running water! Did this guy even look to see where he was putting the vent? What a pack of amateurs! no actually that would be an insult to amateurs and DIY'ers alike. If i were you i would stay away from this crowd and spend your hard earned money somewhere else as these guys clearly dont know what they are doing. read more
