She did a horrible job. I can't do a thing with my hair to make it look good now without using hair products which I don't normally use. That was the whole point to getting a bob cut. Everything is uneven!! I asked her prior to getting my hair cut if it is possible to give me a good bob cut given the point to where my hair had grown. She said yes! She spent very little time on my hair but spent loads of time on the previous customer who she knew personally! Now I have to get my hair cut again (paying double) to fix her terrible styling job.
