After reading some of the reviews I see im not the only one with issues with this place. I brought my son in on a Friday and they said they couldn't do him. So I asked why not because it looked empty to me. So I was told to bring him back next week sometime. So Tuesday morning I decided to phone and make an appointment just to see if he could get in. They gave him a time of 4 pm since he is in class I told them till 3pm When I got there I was looked at strongly by them and told me I would have to wait till they weren't busy. So we waited even though he had an appointment. Someone came in off the street and they took him and one other person before they even took my son I felt bad because when they told my son he could come in I asked why she took those other people. So she said to my son who doesn't understand that if I was going to behave like that she would cut his hair. What an ass she was. If my son hadn't been waiting so long already we would of left. Oh, by the way I forgot to mention that my son and I aren't white but First Nation.

After talking with her, I learned that she was DevaCurl certified, and I knew she was trained for it. I met her at her salon, a super cute little Unit connected to another beauty service business. She proposed a few things and we opted to try out bangs, and Danielle was great at helping me learn how to style them properly. When I came home, we were both a little shocked at the changes but he didn't believe it was just a trim and the bangs addition! Told me it looked like I had a perm done, which is a compliment with curly hair. Great job, Danielle. I'll definitely be back and look forward to working with you moving forward! Highly recommend her services to anyone who needs to freshen up their look.

She used the wrong toner for my roots twice in a row too (she admitted this herself and made no attempt to fix it) leaving them a warm reddish brown which is completely not what I was asking. I have no clue why people leave her such positive reviews.... very misleading. I think they must be reviews from friends. She seems inexperienced. She's cheap but you get what you pay for... I also found out she ruined my sisters hair a few years back. I wouldn't return even if she paid me. I don't have any more hair I'm willing to screw up further
