His right hand person is his wife who handles scheduling, phones, customer service etc. Rob Crozier comes to your home to give you an estimate for what you want done. I wanted my house, patio, deck, fence and 2 paths power washed. Rob listened to what I wanted, took pictures and I added that my last company sent 4 employees who took off in all different directions & I couldn't watch what they were doing. As a result, part of the shed & fence was not washed. Rob took note of that. He sent two men who stayed together & did a wonderful job. They went back in several areas & power washed twice. As far as the patio & deck, they removed furniture & when finished put everything back. I could not be happier with the results. This is why I am putting this company on Yelp for my fellow Yelpers. He gave me a fair price, not cheap but fair. When the crew arrived the had a professional truck with all of their equipment built in to the truck and I was confident this was not a fly by night company. The first time I used them was just to clean my fence. The second year I used them to clean the fence, the siding on the house and the driveway. I let a couple of years pass and this year I had them back to do the fence and driveway again. Each time they did a good job with no issues....in this day and age where people don't seem to do the job right, it was refreshing not to have to worry that something would get screwed up. John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. We were quite bummed about it but are now looking for other window washing services in our area.
