The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. So if you are on the fence, do it. Book the appointment and get started on your healing journey.

I've had the opportunity to experience Amanda and Cristina's work both individually and together,…read moreand I truly can't say enough about the space these two women create. I've attended several Moonlight Restorative and OC Divine Healing events where Amanda and Cristina beautifully weave together Reiki, sound, tea, womb healing, intention, and community. There is something really special about the way they work together. You can tell how much thought and care goes into creating an environment where you actually feel safe enough to slow down, let go, and just receive. I've also worked one-on-one with Amanda for Reiki and tea, and she is incredibly powerful and intuitive. I've experienced Reiki before, but I had never actually felt things shifting and moving within my body the way I did during my session with her. What made it even more meaningful was the time she took afterward to explain what she experienced during the session, what she was picking up on, and things I could continue doing for myself afterward. I left feeling lighter, supported, and with a better understanding of what had come up for me. Cristina's sound baths through OC Divine Healing are equally beautiful. I'm usually able to drop in very quickly when she begins playing the bowls, which isn't always easy for me. Her sound journeys feel incredibly intentional and calming. I also love the way she opens each experience whether it's with a poem, a reflection, or a few intentional words that somehow always seem to be exactly what I need to hear in that moment. The tea experiences I've had with Cristina have also brought up some really beautiful emotional releases for me. There is something about the combination of the tea, her guidance, and the space she creates that allows emotions to come up naturally without ever feeling forced. I love working with Amanda and Cristina individually, but there is also something incredibly special about experiencing them together. They each bring their own gifts, and when those gifts come together, it creates such a beautiful, grounding, and healing experience. I'm so grateful to have found them both and would wholeheartedly recommend their individual sessions as well as any event they create together.

Jennifer seems to know exactly what you need even if you are unsure. I first met her for a short chair reiki session that a friend brought me to. This friend found physical healing after a past life/reiki session. Her husband had unexplained aches disappear after working with Jennifer. I was curious though skeptical. During the short session I found deep emotions locked so far away, I didn't know I was feeling them until they surfaced. I never anticipated that my session would include cathartic crying. I'm not an emotional person. I left relaxed and oddly at peace. Today, I took my family back for another session. My husband does not believe in anything he can't see. Agnostic on a good day, he certainly wouldn't believe that someone could manipulate energy, talk to spirits, or tap into past lives. I think he came thinking he'd leave disappointed. Jennifer does not disappoint. My husband enjoyed the session and agreed to come back soon. He felt more relaxed in those 15 minutes than I've seen him after a massage. He left smiling and I could tell that a weight had been lifted. My children, ages 5 and 7 wanted to try it. It wasn't in our original plan, but there was no reason to deny the request. Both kids enjoyed themselves. Jennifer is just as amazing with children. They each felt calm and happy and asked to come back again. My second experience was very different. This time, I felt relaxed. Much like my husband, I found a sense of calm and happiness that I rarely experience.
