The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me into the schedule within an hour. The clinic/spa was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. Once inside, I was greeted right away and asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. Within five minutes of completing the paperwork, the nurse (yes, an actual RN) Kelly came and took me to the back. She genuinely listened to my concerns and we worked together on deciding the best placement of the injections for my desired outcome. She was very friendly and personable and even provided me with her cell number to send her a picture update in 2 weeks. I felt comfortable and in good hands. Oh, and a bonus....each botox unit is $13.00, but for first time clients, each unit is offered at a discount of $12.00! The atmosphere was relaxing and I walked out feeling very satisfied!

It was good but I had a amazing experience with Krystal in Ankeny. She was attentive, informative and made sure to enter my points into Allé. Krystal took her time doing my facial and I actually felt like I got a facial with her because my skin immediately started flaking after which is what it's supposed to do. Will definitely go back to see her often. She gave me a mini tour on all the skin care afterwards and explained in detail the Allé points and how you can receive products with your points for SkinMédica only.
