Do NOT order from Pink Clover, especially with Valentine's Day around the corner, as their business engages in misleading and deceptive practices. If Yelp allowed it, I would give them a negative star. I was looking for a flower shop near my daughter's new job to surprise her for her birthday and found Pink Clover. Despite their flowers being expensive, I ordered the Pretty in Pink arrangement for $120. What was delivered, however, bore no resemblance to the product advertised on Pink Clover's website. The arrangement was sparse, poorly designed, and clearly inferior--completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product. Before placing my order, I called Pink Clover on Monday, 1/5/26, and spoke with Diana. I asked very specific questions about the bouquet's presentation and delivery to Culver City. Diana confirmed that delivery was available for an additional $20-$30 fee, which was not disclosed on the website. She repeatedly assured me that the arrangement would look exactly as advertised online, include approximately 17 roses along with carnations and other fillers, and that a ribbon could be added. She also confirmed I could request specific rose colors. I told Diana that I would call back after discussing the total cost with my husband, as it exceeded my budget. After confirming with him, I placed the order online instead, as a discount was offered. I included very clear instructions requesting a ribbon, specific rose colors, and a "Happy Birthday" sign. I also explicitly asked to be sent photos of the arrangement prior to delivery and requested to be contacted if there were any questions or concerns. I only received an order confirmation and no follow-up communication regarding my requests. On Thursday, 1/8/26, I called to confirm my order because no one had reached out. I spoke with a male customer service representative, who reviewed all of my requests and explicitly confirmed my instructions that photos were to be sent prior to delivery. On Friday, 1/9/26, I received a message from my daughter thanking me for the flowers, and it was immediately clear that what had been delivered did not reflect what I ordered. No photos were provided prior to delivery, and the bouquet bore little resemblance to what was advertised. This was a clear case of misrepresentation--the arrangement did not match the photos, description, or the verbal assurances I was given. The quality, design, and overall presentation were far below acceptable standards and nowhere near worth the $120 charged. This transaction constitutes misleading and false advertising, coupled with poor execution and follow-through. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this florist and would caution others against using their services. This transaction demonstrates a clear failure of truth in advertising and basic value for money. Consumers are entitled to receive the product that was marketed and sold to them--not a cheaper, inferior substitute. The arrangement delivered was materially different from what was advertised and agreed upon. I requested a full refund and asked that the flowers be picked up, yet no one has returned my call. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will pursue further action, including a credit card dispute and a formal consumer complaint. I am sharing my experience to strongly advise others to be cautious with this business. Misleading assurances can lead to disappointment if you expect a beautiful flower arrangement for a loved one. For reliable, high-quality bouquets at a fair price, your local farmers' market is a better option. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pink Clover.

All my friends loved it! The florist was incredibly attentive and patient, helping each of us perfect our bouquets with beautiful detail. Kristina's (the host) warm personality and fun stories made the class even more enjoyable -- she really brought great energy to the room! Everything was beautifully organized, relaxing, and full of creative vibes. This was my first time using this business and let me tell you, they were AMAZING! It's really hard to find a flower shop that you can trust and that they can deliver same day. I had originally ordered peonies online but unfortunately they were out of them. They emailed me with different options instead of just telling me they were out of stock. I LOVED that they sent me pictures and a video of my bouquet before it went out for delivery. I will definitely be using this small business again. They were AMAZING and worth every penny!

They make the most beautiful arrangements, and they know how to make them cat-friendly - which is an absolute must when getting flowers for my wife. They send pictures/videos of the arrangements when they're done, then let me know when they're leaving for delivery, when they're getting close, and when they've arrived. Communication was great- they texted me a photo of the flowers when it was ready to be delivered and then texted me a photo of the delivered flowers. I don't think I've ever said this before about a florist before...but the bouquet they delivered looks even better and bigger than their photo on their website! Crazy. It's usually the opposite way around. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

I live in Texas, and I needed flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. I searched for hours for a flower shop/flower delivery that allows me to schedule an exact time delivery. I chose the $70 heart-shaped box of flowers. I was confused as to why the delivery service price was $30 even though it said their address was within the $10 range, so with my choice of delivery time, the entire delivery cost ended up being $55. With that being said, I really did like the service. They emailed me a picture and video of the flowers before they were delivered, and I was able to track the delivery driver which eased a lot of my anxiety over the delivery time. Horribly overpriced for what they offer. 20 peony blooms cost over $400 after they add their fees--at that price you would at least expect 1) for the arrangement to come in a glass/ceramic vase (it comes in a paper bag); and 2) for the blooms to be matched up in terms of maturity (they came in different stages, some were full bloom while others were still tightly wound). Very very disappointed at the value here, I will not be ordering from them again. The pros were a quick delivery and good communication about the order read more

I've ordered twice now from Pink Clover, and while I like that they send you a picture of the arrangement before delivery and are quick to respond to emails, that's where the positives stop. You can see in the pictures I posted of both deliveries that what I received looked drastically different from what was shown on their website. The arrangement with orchids was supposed to have more white flowers with green foliage mixed throughout and plenty of orchids. What I received had an almost yellowish tint, very little green foliage, and far fewer orchids. It also came in a short vase, even though the picture online clearly showed a tall one--something that made the arrangement look much more elegant, which is what I was going for. The second order, a rose arrangement for my daughter's graduation, was even worse. The roses were browning around the edges and starting to wilt by the time she received them. Once again, it looked nothing like the photo on their site. I had also added a graduation balloon to the order a week in advance, but the day before delivery, I was told they were out of graduation balloons. I then had to ask friends to run around and find one last-minute. I reached out to see if they could make this right before writing this review. They offered to redeliver, but not until the following Monday. I told them my daughter was leaving on vacation the next day, so that wouldn't work. I asked for a refund, but they said they don't offer refunds since I had received a picture before delivery--so I'm out of luck. Hopefully I can prevent someone else from going through this headache and encourage them to find a florist who delivers what they have pictured or actually goes out of their way to ensure their customers are happy--which is what earns repeat business. read more

I am living abroad and wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. This place is just amazing.! I had no trouble at all using the website. The prices with the flowers is really worth it. As soon as I made the order, I expected a longer wait however. I received an email very very soon and got a video with a photo that is so clear and the flowers was just beautiful. My boyfriend ordered me a beautiful bouquet from this flower shop for my birthday this past Wednesday. They were so professional! They texted me when the order was on the way over, provided me a trackable link (which I though was so cool!) and when the delivery person handed them to me, he was so incredibly sweet and even wished me a Happy Birthday! We had no idea, as to "our" budget, except it was given to us our wedding gift. My paternal aunt purchased, all of our wedding flowers here and placed together by family, with love. We were there, bright and early and got best quality flowers. It was day or two, before they would be used. They must be preserved, freshly and kept them inside my bathroom, in dark, cold room & cranked up AC. All of it was placed in bathtub for hydration.

First the website mentions parking on the roof and we could not find this parking. There was an area blocked off, but it didn't say full. It was just blocked off and the only reason I suspect that was their parking lot is because the exit was still open. So I had to pay for $10 across the street. Yes we could have found street parking further away, but I was already frustrated not having found their lot and my partner was just like I'll just pay. Let's just go across the street. Next even though it is mentioned on the website (I don't remember seeing it despite looking at the website multiple times) and there was a $2 entrance fee. what am I paying $2 for? Why am I paying $2 to shop and spend more money? I'm sorry just on the way there as we got closer, there are so many flower shops around the mart so I don't see why you wouldn't just go to one of those and get your flowers without having to pay an additional fee. So now, we are already $14 out-of-pocket and we havent done anything but try to park and step inside. We get inside we look around and I honestly did not find the prices to be that different from a farmers market perhaps a slightly bigger bouquet, or a couple of dollars cheaper, but there was nothing that was like ooh, this is a great deal. We ended up buying a large bouquet of lilies for $25. There is a stall in the back that had what I would consider actually good price prices. Five stems for $10 and a big bushel of another kind of flower for $6. We got those as well. My partner also really liked the plant guy and bought a plant from him from $20. Now here is where I really will not be back. I stopped at a stall called Choice America. I saw a really pretty set of mum's and asked how much they were & was told $10. The guy helping me then confirmed that they were $10 with somebody else. He then went on to say that one with eight stems was a higher price that I don't remember because I knew I wasn't getting that.When I got to the counter to actually pay, the woman was going back-and-forth with another customer about some order. They both seemed equally frustrated. Why is this important?.. because when it was my time to pay she said $10. I handed her a $20 bill. She opens the register and pulls out a five and some ones throws up her hands. I deduced that already being frustrated this is just one more thing on top as she doesnt have enough change to give me and instead turns to me and says $12.50. I kind of stumble and I say for what... tax or something? and she goes yeah tax clearly lying! Even if they did charge tax, which no other stall did, sales tax in Los Angeles on $10 it's not $12.50. The unfortunate problem is that I am black and I am not afforded the luxury to say something back because then I'm seeing as an angry black woman, have the police called on me not being believed etc. etc. so I just have to bite the bullet and get scammed and ripped off of my money. My partner and I both agree that it was not worth the hassle to go, but he really wants to take me to the restaurant across the street so we would go back to the plant guy and we would go back to the stall in the back but even those are BIG IFS as neither of us has any desire to ever go back to the Flower Mart. I feel like overall. The whole place is a money grab, you should save your money and go to your local farmers market or visit one of the many other vendors that were around the area without having to pay an admission fee to even buy flowers. Or better yet be bold like the elderly lady who accosted us as we were leaving and asked "are you all done in there can I have your sticker?" I was already too flustered to even recognize what she was asking till after my partner happily handed his over.

My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. I ordered a birthday surprise bouquet for my girlfriend (around $500 total) and selected a scheduled delivery window: 9 AM-12 PM to Temple City. Because I'm traveling overseas, I double-checked everything and called both the day before and the morning of to confirm the window. None of that mattered. The delivery missed the window by hours, and the communication was the worst part. I tried repeatedly to reach support and the driver and got silence for most of the day. I eventually had to spoil the surprise and send my girlfriend the order details so she could try contacting them too--on her birthday, which was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. Since she had plans and couldn't stay home indefinitely, she had to coordinate someone to wait at her house so the flowers wouldn't be left outside and potentially stolen. The delivery kept getting pushed later, and she didn't actually see the flowers until after midnight. When I followed up, the response was basically: "we can't guarantee delivery timing" and "we'll see what we can do." Then they stopped responding. Months later, the only thing they offered was $25 (the shipping fee) on a ~$500 order--and it wasn't even processed automatically, just mentioned as an "offer." If you're ordering for a special occasion or paying for a timed window, I'd strongly recommend choosing another company. read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would. My daughter called me and I noticed she was having a tough morning and on her way to work. As a mom it killed me and told her all will work out and to have an Amazing Shift (shes a server). I live in Los Angeles and she works in West Hollywood. Not only was it a Sunday but I had no idea who to call. I only had $100 to my name but i had to do this for her. Went on Goggle and most places were closed in her area. Thankfully I found Pink Clover Flowers, went on their site and the fist pic that came up I immediately knew that was the one. 1030am I sent them a message asking if they would be able to deliver by 1pm. I immediately got a response saying Yes. As per this arrangement if u want roses u must special and I definitely wanted some. I had no clue what the end result would be but I knew it would be beautiful because everything else was working out. Within 20min I get a txt confirming that it was on its way to be delivered. Delivered by 1pm, my daughter was surprised and beyond happy. This kind of service is what makes that special momeMr. I am forever happy and grateful. I was very skeptical that these same-day delivery flowers would get there on the same day, but Sofia and Pink Clover Flowers did it!! The recipient kept saying how beautiful they were and how good they smelled. This company did exactly what they said they would do: delivered beautiful flowers on the same day as I ordered them. I checked online and saw many flower shops, but Pink Clover Flowers website caught my eyes and when I called them, they answered the phone right away which makes you feel very special, I thought that was a very personal touch. I spoke to Sofia and she was so kind and attentive. She even did a special request for me which I will never forget...I had a very long letter to go with the flowers and they made sure they printed my letter as well to go with the gorgeous flowers!!! Sofia went out of her way with excellent customer service and a beautiful job and was able to pull through with the same day delivery even though they were super busy. This is probably one of the cutest little boutiques I have been to! My friend and I browsed through this little shop after we had some coffee next door. All the little trinkets and gifts are so cute and very inexpensive. I bought a candle that smells delicious and my friend bought some scented matches! They have a florist where you can order a bouquet of flowers as well. When we were shopping a customer had received his rose bouquet that was beautiful! It was small but the flowers were so vibrant and fresh! The only thing I would recommend would be to have a flower arranging class! I asked if they offered any because the space is just so cute and perfect for a little class but they said they don't have any! Hopefully this is something they can incorporate because I've always wanted to do one and this is the cutest spot to host! Overall great place and such cute products! Not only was the website super easy to navigate, they had her favorite flowers - peonies - available! After submitting my order, Pink Clover went above and beyond by texting to make sure I had a personalized message to go with the flowers. On the day of the delivery, they sent me frequent text updates on when the flowers would be delivered, and helped make sure they arrived before we had to leave to make our dinner reservation! When the flowers arrived, my girlfriend was blown away. She commented that they were perfect, and we ended up being late for our dinner reservation anyways because she couldn't stop looking at them! I cannot say enough good things about Pink Clover. I live in Connecticut and found this site on the internet when I was looking to send flowers for my aunt's 80th birthday. She had to be alone on her birthday due to the fires in LA, so I wanted to send her something special. And then I mistakenly mistyped the address! When the driver went to deliver the flowers, he couldn't reach her, and so she didn't get the flowers. The next day Yennefer at Pink Clover very kindly sent out another order and did not charge me. She and I have spoken on the phone, and she is so kind and so professional--and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! My aunt was so happy, and so am I. I will always use this florist. Beware of the fine print and delivery windows. I placed an order on Friday for delivery to a funeral the following Day. They are open until 5pm on Saturdays. I got a text on Sunday at 3:30 in the afternoon saying they tried to deliver but the gates were closed. I called Pink Clover - they stated that I should have given special instructions because they tried to deliver after 6pm. They offered to remake and deliver today but the funeral was Sunday and the family has all left town. I requested a refund and they denied it. What florist tries to deliver to a funeral home after 5pm. Lesson learned. read all fine print. They need to have a bold indicator on the Delivery or Pick up that says - delivery noon-8pm. Update your website!!! read more

Love the availability and selection of this place. The care and attention they put into your flowers and arrangements really makes it easy for someone who wants to walk in or call ahead of time. I love the assortment and how well they accommodated my requests for colors!! Amazing team, big perk for me is payment type as well very easy to come in tap my phone and or card and be in and out in 10-20 minutes or less. They keep you updated and you're more than welcome to wait in the lobby while they craft their amazing bouquets on the fly!! Although I couldn't get through at first I got a call back within 5 min. I then got a text message confirming all the details and a link for payment. Probably the best florist I ever met. I wasn't at the store but saw some pictures in a social media, and it catch my eye long time ago but I really sending have a chance or occasion.
