I was told to come back on Saturday when the owner was there. She told me that I should have looked at the coats initially when I picked them up and that the coats have been cleaned twice. Instead of taking ownership for their mistake of not checking when they receive them back from their outsourcing cleaner, before giving back to their PARKER CLEAN paying customer; she is passing it along to the customer.
