BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!! I took two down coats, in good faith, to be cleaned recently, paying $113 at drop off. Thinking great they are all cleaned, bagged, ready for next year. I picked them up and left. When I opened the bag the coats had WHITE CHEMICAL or SOAP STAINS all over them. These coats could not be worn the way they looked. I took them back, I was told to leave them to be re-cleaned. Again the WHITE CHEMICAL or SOAP STAINS were still there. I was told to come back on Saturday when the owner was there. She told me that I should have looked at the coats initially when I picked them up and that the coats have been cleaned twice. Instead of taking ownership for their mistake of not checking when they receive them back from their outsourcing cleaner, before giving back to their PARKER CLEAN paying customer; she is passing it along to the customer. They did not take responsibly and my coats are now unwearable. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!! read more

OK - so let's get our facts straight first. This is not a dry cleaner in Orleans Home Hardware (FFS)... this is Parker Clean located next to the Orleans Home Hardware. This is likely the absolutely the worst place to take items to be cleaned. The staff, one European woman in particular, is absolutely the rudest piece of work you'll ever encounter. Clothes are not returned smelling or looking clean at all. Have already vowed never to return, and they simply don't care. Stay away! read more

This business no longer accepts debit or credit, only cash accepted. The owner told me it's due to the transaction fees that they will only accept cash. I do not want to deal with cash during this pandemic. Also the owner always parks her Mercedes directly out front of the business limiting parking spaces for customers. Done with them, will be taking my business elsewhere read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I have just had the worst experience at a dry cleaners probably in my life. I brought in one of my favourite Lululemon ($$) white vests in for a dry cleaning. The vest had little splatters of pale yellow sauce on it as little stains, although I know they can't guarantee stain removal, I was hoping a professional cleaning would help dilute the stain. I picked up my coat a few days later, the stains were 10 X WORSE. They did such a sloppy job with whatever chemicals they used to try to remove the stain. My coat is RUINED. They are now a dark brown colour and have multiplied all over the coat. I am devastated, I came into the shop practically in tears, lady pretty much laughed in my face and told me I was 'making excuses'. As I tried to get my money back to try to take this some other place to try to fix their mistake she said nothing she can do, no money back. AWFUL customer service. She offered to run it through again, but I was scared they would make it worst, so I simply walked out with tears in my eyes. They let an upset customer walk out. I will never be back. read more
